DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We booked the boat ''Circa Spirit' through this company 3 months ago using the 'Charter and Super yacht Specialist' Emma Leung. After paying the amount in full (over $5k), as well as having in-depth conversations regarding logistics, pick up and departure times and countless discussions on requirements for the event, Emma left it until 4 days before the actual event (this Saturday November 19th) to inform us that the boat was having some mechanical issues and may potentially be unable to launch on Saturday. An email was sent by Emma informing us of this, no direct phone call, no real apology for the situation or short notice, and the only solution being to offer a more expensive boat, that of course would be at a cost to us. We rang first thing this morning after receiving the email at 7pm last night, and requested to speak to Emma's manager who advised the boat ''Circa Spirit'' has actually been out of action for months and that she was only advised of the reservation herself a few days ago. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and service for a boat charter company who was due to host 45 people this coming Saturday. The customer service experienced from Emma throughout this entire process, has been below minimum and quite frankly embarrassing at times. We've been advised to expect a full refund by the end of the day (lets see!) and have fortunately managed to book an alternative boat with a different company, who have already exceeded the service provided by Sydney Harbour Escapes, within the first phone call. I would highly advise against making any reservations using this company, especially if dealing with Emma Leung.

A perfect day catamaran boat hire… very disappointing, celebrated my sisters 50th birthday with some of her dear friends from her church group that she’s known for 20 years and family… when the boat arrived we were told the original crew were not available to take us out so we had replacements, suzie the crew member was very unprofessional picking and eating all our food instead of hosting us, the captain was good he sat on his driver seat the entire time didn’t get off, she and myself were the only people to go downstairs where we had put our bags, only to find out that some money had been stolen from one of the bags, not a very good representation of the business, we were literally robbed, I personally had many issues on the day but I didn’t want to upset my sister so I said nothing, only to find out after about the theft, we are totally disappointed with the company and the unprofessionalism that we have experienced. If I could give them zero stars that would be more appropriate.

I booked a very last minute day trip after another plan fell through. I was very stressed but Jade was so helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted without a lot of notice or information. She was lovely and helpful and made the whole process simple, quick and easy. Our skipper Zane was also amazing and customised our entire day based on our discussions and getting to know us and took us to some amazing spots! Thank you so much for giving us the best experience. It was one of the best days we will always remember :)

Just back from a fabulous day on the Prometheus chartered from SH Escapes. The crew were wonderfully friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the boat very comfortable for 20 family members celebrating a milestone birthday. The day was topped off with beautiful weather.

Despite a tremendous storm, the Dreamtime Girl was very comfortable and had the space for us all to enjoy ourselves. The staff put down some protective covers so we were dry inside. Everything was handled with care and we had a great night.

We decided to hire a boat for our work Christmas party. The guys at Sydney Harbour escapes were amazing! They catered to our every request and even organised laser pigeon shooting for us! The team on the boat were incredible and had everything planned out so well!! The food was great and the laser shooting so much fun that everyone had a go!! My company had an incredible time and I definitely recommend these guys to everyone!

A couple of days ago my partner and were fortunate to be invited to a corporate event held by Moët on one of Sydney Harbour Escapes boats - the Hamptons, which is a 75' Party Pontoon, over two levels. We boarded at King St Wharf 9 at Darling Harbour and spend approximately 2.5 hours cruising Sydney Harbour taking in the spectacular views as well as drinking a never ending supply of wonderful Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé. The staff were super attentive with the drinks and canapés and a wonderful dj played super chilled music. Truly a fabulous way to spend a late afternoon watching the scenery change as dusk set in. Sydney definitely has one of the most beautiful harbours in the world and this was a perfect way to appreciate it.

After spending quite a lot of time looking for a memorable venue for my Son and Daughter in Law wedding, my wife suggested on a boat on Sydney Harbour. I then whittled down the choices to Sydney Harbour Escapes with their option of M.V. Karisma. Kaitlin from S.H.S. was fantastic. Understanding, knowlegable and very thorough. This encouraged us to progress with Kaitlin supplying wide menu choices (guests with dietary needs) at an affordable rate. We had an inspection of Karisma, and we were delighted it being a catamaran, thus giving stability underway and at rest.
Came the day with the weather threatening storms! Rose Bay was a little lumpy, but the captain steered Karisma to the lee of Vaucluse where the ceremony was held.The Celebrant duly announced them husband and wife and while they had there first married kiss, the heavens opened up with a memorable sheet of lightning.
The food was excellent. We had an open bar, with a limit. Melissa the coordinator informed as we were getting close, and I allowed the bar tab to continue. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Venue clean and well appointed. The celebrations went like a well oiled machine. What a great way for a wedding showcasing Sydney Harbour for our overseas guests.
Would definitely use Sydney Harbour Escapes and Karisma again

We held a corporate event on a yacht through sydney harbour escapes. The experience was seamless, very well managed and I found they really go the extra mile. Highly recommend them for any event on the water!
