I attended the Night Photography workshop facilitated by Ben. It was absolutely fantastic. A three hour workshop full of practical information. It’s given me loads of information and practical experience that allows me to use my Camera for night photography in a confident manner. Highly recommend this workshop. Only fault was that a handout or online notes were not provided as a review of the course. A lot of information to remember and notes would have been useful.

Have done many courses with Daniel, and keep coming back for more, as Daniel is a fantastic teacher, and always eager to share his knowledge. His photography is fantastic and inspiring. My last portrait shoot last week end was exceedingly good. Wendy is so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The courses are great value for money and highly recommended.

This was my first photography course with Sydney Photography Workshop (SPW). Daniel, Wendy, their assistants, and the models were all professional, friendly, and patient. The portraiture course is very well structured, starting with a quick presentation of images that were inspiring, photographing two models separately at interesting inside and outside environments, and learning how to manipulate available light and a variety of artificial light sources. Surprisingly simple techniques to make what initially appears to be mundane look extraordinary were also covered. It’s a big day that will give you the confidence and skills to take fantastic portraiture images!

Attended the Speedlite course in February and I must is was a blast! Shooting landscapes for a few years now, I wanted to stretch myself and now I'm hooked. Being an all day course Wendy & David were able to provide both the knowledge and an interactive practical component to this genre of photography. Their professional and layback approach made is a fun and relaxed day. Definitely recommend and will be returning again for another course.
