Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went on the cherry picking tour booth last year and this year.. Last year was very hot and humid so felt drained and tired soon. At his year it threatened to rain and storm but luckily we-bypassed it and the cool weather was perfect for cherry picking. Great experience once again and recommendable if u haven’t tried it yet. Cherries were sweet and very reasonably sold.
The driver is pleasant and knowledgeable. Eric , our tour guide is a polite and patient young man with a nice sense of humour. They both endeavour to make the trip pleasant and enjoyable. . Highly recommend at least once..

I did the Cherry picking tour in 2019 and December 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The driver and tour guide Eric are very professional, friendly with a good sense of humour. I recommended this tour to my other friends, so next year we will do it again. Highly recommended. Cherries were delicious and reasonably priced. Journey to and from was seamless, no issues, just a pleasurable experience.

One day Canberra Floriade tour. Convenient location, very close to central station, to board coach. Long drive to Canberra. 3 3/4 hours at Floriade. 1 hour at parliament house - didn't go in because of long line for security and I'd been there years ago. Drive past embassies. 20 min at top of mountain for excellent view of the war memorial and parliament house. A good day out.

Unlocking the missing piece of my childhood dream is to experience touching a freezing snow. With the help of Ozia Tours turning this dream, I and mu friend finally make that dream into reality. I really admire the enthusiastic tour guide, Miss Catherine on her very hands on and caring personality during the tour. It was indeed a life remembering adventure!

We visited the snowy mountains and decided to take up the one day Perisher tour by Ozia tours.
At first we were quite skeptical since it sounded quite hectic and cheap!
But I was so happy that everything was contrary to what we thought.
On our arrival Frances(the sweet and awesome guide for our trip) greeted us and guided us on the equipment hire and the ski discounted tour available. Then we proceed to our bus, the bus is very spacious, we had spacious seats with recliner and ample leg space.
During our entire journey in the night we had a nice cozy environment so that we could rest up.
There were good rest & freshening stops and a friendly equipment hire stoppage. There was also a washroom in the bus incase anyone wanted to use apart from the stops.Once we reached Bullocks Flat we were given our ski tube tickets ,discount coupons and train timetables.
It was really nice to offer mentos and hand sanitizers.
We really enjoyed the snow and the snowfall.
On way back we had our dinner stoppage and good variety of options to choose, we also had movie playing to keep us entertained throughout.
A big shout to the entire Ozia tours to be organising such a superb trip at such a budget cost.

We did a Jervis Bay tour with Ozia Tours. The itinerary was well placed, service level was impeccable and the pricing is very reasonable. Would highly recommend, and would take their service for other tours as well.

Went last year and thought we’d go again this year. As usual, stopped off for a toilet/hoot break to Blue Mts.,then a quick lap around Mt.Panorama and a lunch stop off at Bathurst, before the cherry picking.
Given this was a different orchard to last years, which had seating, a kiosk and shelter, but unfortunately was affected by the drought, 3 hours was way too long in the heat with no shelter or seating. 2 hrs would have been just right, and maybe longer at the winery, or even an extra stop at the museums or gold digging place at Bathurst.
The drive back home was a bit too long as well, with maybe another quick pit stop to stretch our legs. But on the whole, it was an enjoyable day, but don’t think we will do it again.

Hi Margaret,
Thank you for your kind feedback and we will take your feedback into consideration for our next year’s trip.
In relation to the time that was given at the farm, we gave our passengers 2 hours and 15 minute to pick their cherries and our plan for departure was on the 2 hours and 30minutes mark. I believe we left exactly on the 2 hours, 15 minutes on that Sunday and I can ensure that we did not spend 3 hours at the farm (Arrived 12:55pm – Depart 3:10pm).
I was also disappointed on the day. The owners of the Gerries Cherries had promised us that chairs and tents was provided during the weekends, however they had failed to deliver their promise ☹ . I am extremely sorry that you and other passengers had to stand outside in the heat. I have spoken with the team and we will definitely won’t be going back there for our next season in 2020 if they do not deliver their promise. I will also forward your feedback to the owners of Gerries Cherries.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you again.

What time will the bus pick up the passengers? And where's exactly the driver will pick us up?
