Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We experienced a fantastic 1 day trip to Perisher on 21st July.
Bus #1 with our tour guides Christine & Ivan along with the bus drivers Matt & Justin who were all very approachable & happy with any questions.
The trip was great & we are planning another for the next couple of weeks.
Thanks to OZIA for a memorable time.

A great experience! My family were part of bus 3 with Sonny and he was an amazing host. Talked with everyone on the bus and helped answer any questions we had; was also funny. Would recommend the day trip for people wanting to experience the snow for the first time or even just a quick get away during winter. Even with the drive being for so long, you don’t really notice it because of the night travel and pit stops throughout the trip.

One day Canberra Floriade tour. Convenient location, very close to central station, to board coach. Long drive to Canberra. 3 3/4 hours at Floriade. 1 hour at parliament house - didn't go in because of long line for security and I'd been there years ago. Drive past embassies. 20 min at top of mountain for excellent view of the war memorial and parliament house. A good day out.

We did a Jervis Bay tour with Ozia Tours. The itinerary was well placed, service level was impeccable and the pricing is very reasonable. Would highly recommend, and would take their service for other tours as well.

Eric was the guide. Forgot the name of the bus driver but a guy with grey hair. They allowed a person to board the coach bus that still showed clear signs of COVID but tested negative in the past 24 hours. They didn't tell advise any of the passengers other than the one who made a complaint.

We went through Bathurst but just drove through, along with orange - only went straight to cherry farm ($65 - $70 for a bucket of cherries). Could have let us explored the town a bit more.

Things you can do better on:
-seats on coach bus were not comfy, woke up with a very sore back
-ventilation, open at least a window or two to allow fresh air to circulate
-USB plug inserts on bus
-free wifi on bus
-if someone has had a negative covid test within the past 24 hours of the tour AND is still displaying symptoms of COVID, reschedule their tour. If they have already boarded, let all passengers know they tested negative and still show signs of COVID.

Probably won't take any of this into consideration but yeah.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for your feedback and we would like to apologise for the bad experience that you had during our Cherry Picking tour. I would like to address that we did not delete your Google reviews or any reviews on our social platform. In fact, we can not delete as there is no "delete" function. So I'm not exactly too sure what had happen? At an affordable price of $65 for a day trip, our staff at Ozia Tours strive in giving the best service by providing a new modern buses with reclining seats and onboard toilet. We do apologise that you felt that the seats were uncomfortable and did not offer USB ports, however we aren’t able to improve this issue as it was the only option that was given to us from the bus manufacturer. I will forward this concern to CUSTOM DENNINGS (bus manufacturer), hopefully they can improve their coach products for future buses. Coaches do not have windows, however Erick did open the emergency hatches at every stop to let fresh air circulate inside the bus and close the emergency hatches back when Erick did the head count. Unfortunately the emergency hatches cannot be open when the bus is traveling at a high speed. In terms of the passenger that was coughing throughout the trip, we did not noticed until you had reported to us at Echo Point on the returning journey. If anyone has showed symptoms during check-in, its company policy to not accept anyone that shows symptoms and offer an alternative travel date for the customer. I did have a chat with the lady and she had showed her negative test results. Unfortunately we will NOT inform any of the passengers of her negative results. Everyone is entitled to their own privacy and we will respect.

I did the Cherry picking tour in 2019 and December 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The driver and tour guide Eric are very professional, friendly with a good sense of humour. I recommended this tour to my other friends, so next year we will do it again. Highly recommended. Cherries were delicious and reasonably priced. Journey to and from was seamless, no issues, just a pleasurable experience.
