The drivers were fantastic .
The head office team were poor on the day if I’m generous . Trip to Bennelong Restaurant , standard trip that went all wrong .
Different cars came to pick up based on what I’d paid for and arranged
I received around 6 calls on the day being let down for car/s on arrival and pick even though a booking AND PREPAID 2-3 weeks before pickup.
Also was advised I hadn’t paid for trip and past trips and subsequently apologized to as they got it wrong . Given the calls during the drive , the whole enjoyment factor was destroyed .
Very disappointing this time

Royale Limousines provided me with an extremely professional chauffeur, in an outstanding class of vehicle My chauffeur arrived ten minutes before the booking time and text me to say he was outside. Safe transport is of paramount importance especially during these Covid times, being in their vehicles gives me peace of mind whilst allowing me to still travel to some of my favourite restaurants. Their fleet of cars, combined with the professionalism of their staff deliver a truly world class level of service.

I called the day before pickup and 15 minutes before pick up to confirm our ride from Mermaid Beach going to Coolangatta airport to catch a flight. I was told the driver was on his way. The driver was 25+ minutes late. We got to our gate ten minutes before takeoff. We had already signed up for a ride when we arrived in Sydney. We were advised to meet the driver outside baggage claim. The driver was nowhere outside. I had to call to be dispatched to him. He said he was told to meet us inside and that he was about to leave. Never again will I use this company.

Dear Katherine, Contacting us directly on the day would have been greatly appreciated as we would have been able to assist immediately. According to our live GPS records and after replaying this transfer, the chauffeur arrived at 09:04 which was a minute before your 09:05 scheduled pick-up. We did indeed fail to arrive the customary 5-10 minute prior but non the less, we were there ready to proceed as scheduled. The bigger issue lies on the fact that we did not have a contact number to call and inform that we were waiting downstairs at the Albatross North Apartments. After speaking with the chauffeur, the venue does do not have a concierge service for us to communicate with either making it quite challenging to get in touch with you. Due to privacy laws, Travel Agents do not disclose personal contact details and thus making it difficult for us to call passengers who's bookings came via a third party. Our records show that the chauffeur proceeded at exactly 09:23 (19 min after he arrived) which I can imagine is due to the fact that we were not able to contact you to let you know we were waiting. Again, all I can do is apologise. Not ideal, I understand but without a phone number to call, all we could do is wait until the client makes contact with the chauffeur. This is in now way an excuse, we take full responsibility for our mistakes as this is the only way we are able to improve our services however, this here was/is beyond our control. As for Sydney, very similar situation. Travel Agents are advised to clearly communicate to their clients exact pick-up location at Sydney Domestic. The information you were provided was inaccurate. Our chauffeur made the mistake of going inside of the terminal to meet and greet to provide a more personable experience and thus missing you completely. Being one of the newer chauffeurs, he neglected to follow instructions and meet outside in the horseshoe area which is the area your Travel Agent should have advised for you to go to. My sincerest apologies. In trying to do a right, our new chauffeur made a big mistake. From our records, you had a total of 6 bookings. I would love and would greatly appreciate you letting us know what your experience was with the other 4 transfers. I am reluctant to write a truly negative review about our experience because such a review would not take into consideration the truly wonderful drivers and staff with whom we interacted and picked us and dropped of us to our hotel and the airport throughout our trip to several cities in Australia.

I give only 4 stars because of our disappointing first day experience and because I want Royale Limousines and Aspire ATS to consider how they handle and fix the problems we encountered for future clients. On our arrival to Sydney our driver was not waiting for us because he had left for anothet job (our group understood this). Our flight had arrived late and to make matters worse, after going through Customs, the luggage from our flight was delayed in getting on the belt. So our driver had waited for the prescribed 90 minutes after our flight arrival time. We totally understood that, however, after contacting Royale Limousines we were told that our group of 8 was to catch a taxi to our hotel and Aspire ATS, the Sydney affiliate who had arranged our transfer, would reimburse the cost of the taxi. This was unacceptable.

First and foremost, it was a very disturbing beginning to our 22 day trip of Australia and New Zealand. We had paid services for a private transfer to our hotel and was quite shocked that aftet a 15 hour flight and delays beyond our control, the companies handling our transfer expected us to catch a cab to our hotel and had not made alternate arrangements for us or were unwilling to make alternate arrangements once we arrived to the Airport counter.

I will say that the 2 young associates at the counter at the airport were gracious and kind. They contacted Aspire ATS for us as many times as we needed to find a solution.

However, it wasn't until we had refused to take a taxi and demanded the service that we had paid for (private transfer to our hotel) that an hour later another driver showed up to take us to our hotel.

We completely understood the situation with the first driver, but were dumbfounded that the solution to our transportation problem was to suggest using the services of a taxi, instead of making alternate arrangements for us. This could have soured our trip, but it did not. The driver who finally picked us up was very kind, compassionate and thoughtful. He did a remarkable job answering our questions, showing us highlights along the drive, and putting smiles back on our faces after our disappointing initial contact.

I hope in the future that both Royale Limousines and Aspire ATS will reconsider how they handle alternate arrangemenrs for persons whose flights are delayed, who are delayed in Customs because of the great influx of passengers, and whose luggage is further delayed because of the back log if so many planes arriving at once.

I used royal limousine to transfer to/from the airport. My initial flight in was delayed over 3 hrs so I didn’t get in until late. They were there waiting for me with no issues and whisked me to the car. It was a very nice trip to the hotel. Same for pick up. Very smooth and an easy drop off.
Drivers were polite and well mannered. Cars were very clean.

We used Royale Limousine shuttle at the end of our holiday on a cruise. It’s definitely the perfect way to end our holiday. Shuttle was timely. Driver gave us a call to let us know he’s on the way so we don’t have to worry if he’s coming. He came on time and it was such a nice drive home. Would definitely use their service again and recommend our family & friends!

We used Royale Limousines both to and from the airport for an international holiday with young children. They were excellent.
The service leading up to the trip was hassle free. The drivers were on time, friendly and accommodating.
They tracked our flight back as we were delayed and when we walked out of customs they were there waiting with an air conditioned car and cold bottles of water.
We will definitely book them again.
