My wife and I came here after getting a voucher off Groupon. We were greeted by friendly staff, in a very tidy and clean shop. My wife loved the hot stone massage she received, I got the traditional Thai massage and had to say I felt a bit rough afterwards, as the staff member was very firm with her massage, even after giving her instructions of area to avoid due to recent injury. In saying that, was certainly not worthwhile saying it was bad, maybe I didn't explain my request properly

Just had the worse massage ever in this shop.
Not because of the location or env., but because of the person who performed the massage today.
The massager was not professional or focus at all. Every time she used her cold hands to touch my body I was really shaking, and it's below 9 degrees outside, can you image how terrible it is when you enter a massage shop try to relax and then you feel even more freezing?
Second, she did not focus on doing her job, most of the time she was just touching me, very lightly ( and I'm a girl below 45kg, so 'touching' really means no pressure at all).
Then, She kept cracking my bones which I told her I hate it,but after a while she started doing it again.
I thought she had no skill or experience of doing massage so I didn't want to blame or correct her, but at the last minutes she suddenly started putting pressure on me, which made me think she was merely not focused or professional, and just wanted to get things done asap, which is worse than having no skill.
Overall a very bad experience, and I may not come back or suggest any friends to come again .
Besides, the shop is so over-priced. If you just paid for $91 bucks/hr and received the worst massage in your whole life, you wouldn't be happy.
