Used Let it Ride after seeing a review online. We weren't disappointed. We were picked up on time and very pleased with the return trip from Sydney Airport to our hotel in The Rocks. After our cruise we were picked up on time for our trip to the airport. Would recommend this service to everyone and will definitely use them again

Very polite professional and accommodating. Last minute change of plans and we needed a shuttle to the airport on an extremely busy morning. Was able to accommodate and provide us with a shuttle no stress, no fuss. Can't recommend highly enough.

Our plane was late and Mark waited for us to arrive. He was very helpful with luggage and information on the city. Took us to the hotel and provided exceptional service. Would highly recommend him.

Booked Mark for Airport pickup and transfer to Motel, then Motel to Ship and 11 days later Ship to airport. Excellent service, on time and good price. Would recommend Let it Ride to all. Will absolutely be using Marks service again.

Very satisfied with the service. We had booked several journeys and Mark was extremely reliable. It was a comfortable ride. When our departure flight was changed he was able to accommodate a new pickup time. He had a miss with one destination where we were delayed for 10 mins as we determined where we should be. He was also caught amongst a street protest which made him 10 mins late for one pickup (stuff happens) but he kept us constantly informed. Since I`ve mentioned these minor issues in this review, I will still record an `Excellent` score for his service and would use him again and recommend him to all. My family group was impressed. Great reviews and fellow cruise passengers said to contact Mark. Did this on 2 occasions and provided my details and nothing. Still waiting. Little disappointed that I had to follow him up not once but twice. Still waiting so I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Let it Ride gave us the best quote for a shuttle from the cruise port to our hotel. Mark's communication was excellent, and he took the ridiculous amount of luggage for nine cruisers in his stride! Highly recommended.

On time pickup. Arrived at the airport as described. Driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Perfect experience. Mark the director and I communicated by email in a timely manner. Price was reasonable also. An outstanding shuttle service

Well organised, on time shuttle. Mark meets you at the airport bag.age claim, short walk to vehicle (Mercedes Van) and you off. Very reasonable rates (cheeper than the train) and door to door.

Hi we get in from Adelaide at 850 on saturday and want to drop off our bags at travel lodge Sydney apartments then get a ride to Warwick farm race course there will be 3 of us? Can you do this if so how much?

How does the cost compare with other shuttles please? We were going to leave our car at the airport and travel around Sydney cbd etc on a tour or shuttle service for a day...

Depending on how many passengers you are talking about travelling is an important factor. Less than 5 I would recommend the red explorer bus otherwise we could work out a good price to do a personal tour to fit into your requirements
