Used Let it Ride after seeing a review online. We weren't disappointed. We were picked up on time and very pleased with the return trip from Sydney Airport to our hotel in The Rocks. After our cruise we were picked up on time for our trip to the airport. Would recommend this service to everyone and will definitely use them again

On time pickup. Arrived at the airport as described. Driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Perfect experience. Mark the director and I communicated by email in a timely manner. Price was reasonable also. An outstanding shuttle service

Absolute Professionals. Ali arrived at 10am and we were on the road by 10.20am Cannot Thankyou enough Mark and Ali as it took all the stress off of getting from The Rocks Sydney to the White Bay Cruise Terminal away and I didn’t have to worry about anything Extremely good price as well Only mistake I made was not booking you to pick us up when we returned had to wait an hour for a taxi … If I ever do a cruise out of Sydney again I won’t make that mistake again THANKYOU so much for making our short holiday so pleasant and stress free

Mark was incredibly professional from the minute I made my initial inquiry for our party of 4. Responded promptly via email and then contacted me the day prior to pick up and met us at the baggage carousel and took our baggage back to his van. Van was very clean and well presented. Comfortable drive to our accommodation and some great commentary for the sites of Sydney on the way. Again picked us up for our return journey with same friendly and professional manner. Reasonable price for return trip from The City to the Airport. Would highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying I've never left a Trip Advisor review. But we had such a great experience with Let It Ride that it's the first thing I've done since getting my jet lag straightened out.
Our driver was George, and he was amazing! Right on time at the airport, very friendly and patient with our group of 22 people - 10 of which were under 17.
He gave us a quick tour on the way to the hotel, and then we booked him for a day trip to the Blue Mountains when we needed a break from the city. Communication was excellent, and the little attentions to detail made us all feel like we had known him for years. Totally made our trip so much better! We were sad to say goodbye to George when he dropped us off at the airport, and if we ever make it back to Sydney, he'll be our first call!

Having used this shuttle before with our family of 7 my wife and I booked a return trip from the airport to cruise terminal approximately 6 months prior to our cruise for the two of us. Trip from airport to cruise terminal went well with no issues.
Upon return from the cruise we were sent a text to meet under the tree at the cruise terminal at 7.30am only to be contacted at 7.20am by text stating he now had a private group and would arrange someone else to take us. We ended up catching an Uber to the airport for the same price as the shuttle. Will not use again.

Thank you for your review.
You weren't bumper for a private group due to you only being 2 passengers but passed on to our back up vehicles that assist us at the cruise terminal. Sometime we have vehicles that are delayed at the Airport due to flight arrival delays and in turn we find a back up vehicle situated at the ship for 2/3 passengers in our share Ride service for $15 Jim the driver called you 3 times without success due to you not answering. You then informed me you were getting an Uber so I informed Jim to leave as he was waiting for you.
We try our best to help everyone and nobody gets stranded or forgotten. Otherwise I'm glad your transfer from the Airport was a great success. Maybe you'd like to give us another chance on the house when next cruising from Sydney. Otherwise enjoy your festive season

Well organised, on time shuttle. Mark meets you at the airport bag.age claim, short walk to vehicle (Mercedes Van) and you off. Very reasonable rates (cheeper than the train) and door to door.

Really enjoyed the Hop on hop off bus & the commentary. Driver was really helpful & friendly.

Mark is the most professional , helpful, courteous, friendly gentleman to make your transfers enjoyable . His transfer costs are very reasonable as we travel as a family of 6 including a wheelchair. His van is immaculate with child car seats and an amazing amount of room. We just came back from holidays with 8 x suitcases 6 x carry on and 1 x wheelchair for 6 and yes it there was still plenty of room. I can only recommend Mark and Let it Ride Sydney Shuttle for an experience that is quite sort after. Thank you so much Mark and will always see you on our return trips to Sydney. We have used Mark 6 Times and today will be our 7Th.

Hi we get in from Adelaide at 850 on saturday and want to drop off our bags at travel lodge Sydney apartments then get a ride to Warwick farm race course there will be 3 of us? Can you do this if so how much?

How does the cost compare with other shuttles please? We were going to leave our car at the airport and travel around Sydney cbd etc on a tour or shuttle service for a day...

Depending on how many passengers you are talking about travelling is an important factor. Less than 5 I would recommend the red explorer bus otherwise we could work out a good price to do a personal tour to fit into your requirements
