About
In the average escape room or escape game, people are locked in a themed and decorated room and have to find keys, decode clues, and solve puzzles in order to "escape the room" before their time runs out. Usually, participants have 60 minutes to escape. The puzzles inside each room are different, but usually consist of logic puzzles, riddles, and even physical challenges.

We have very good experience in MU-T. Very High-Tech room. We have a lot of fun. The staff helped us out with some hints. It is better than my expectations. I have really enjoyed it.

This was my 3rd escape room and i absolutely loved it. I went with a group who had never done an escape room before. The puzzles were challenging and very clever. Different mix of puzzles too. Everyone was able to contribute. We had so much fun, everyone cheered when we solved some of the more difficult puzzles. Our game master was lovely & very polite. We had a walkie talkie to request clues. They game through instantly and could be heard clearly. Overall we all had an absolute ball & went for drinks to celebrate escaping the room. A great night out. Highly recommend. I definitely want to go back and try The Witches. Thank you CT Escape :)

Great escape room with lots of technologically advanced sensors. Hard room but we managed to set a new record for fastest time! Will definitely be back for another escape experience soon!

This is the 7th escape room - The Witch - a bunch of us (6) have been to. Some puzzles were so confusing that after asking for help, it would be impossible to figure out THAT is what you had to do - some had no correlation to the story line itself. Clues themselves were very hard to understand from the heavy accents of the gamemaster. One of the last challenges was impossible to complete - we knew how to do it, but it required a '1 degree accuracy' which was impossible to achieve, completely ridiculous. Even the staff couldn't get the challenge to complete as they were trying to show us! Realistically, it was probably broken and they couldn't be bothered to fix it! Furthermore, after we had failed to finish in the time (due to the broken challenge), they left us in there for an additional 30 minutes before coming to let us out! Most of us had already given up and were left there sitting, waiting for a staff to open the door. We radio'd in as we were confused, but were given no reply. Would definitely NOT recommend this room, especially for the price we paid! 10% Escape rate? Probably the 10% before the room broke!

The rooms were not well maintained or decorated and some of the puzzles were broken.
We did have fun, however we came in a group of 6 and paid $36 per person. For this price there are many other escape rooms which are much better quality in the surrounding area.

I’ve been to 3 other escape rooms within sydney and this was my least favourite.
Our walker talkie died mid way through our room and we were unable to contact staff for clues. An item fell from the roof and hit one of our team members on the head.

We have done both the Witch and MU-T. MU-T was good, however the Witch left a bit to be desired. The high tech-ness is cool but it didn't fit with the witch story and some of the puzzles left us a bit confused. Overall, I'd give Mu-T 75/100 and The Witch 55/100

I'm an avid room escape player (played 40-50 across Australia), and I've played 2 of the rooms at CT Adventure Escape. Both games have been incredibly underwhelming, as a fan of escape rooms i can still acknowledge the positives that there were some fun puzzles and a fair bit of technology.
However CT falls far short of my expected standard of room escape games, the room theming is ok but not hugely immersive and the puzzles in the rooms only vaguely match to the actual theme of the room. I also found much of the technology in the room excessively complicated (to the point where it doesn't work effectively and wastes a large amount of time). Also clues and in-game communication and instructions are slightly hard to understand when all players only speak English.
CT definitely has it's positives, as with all escape rooms its an enjoyable experience. And their staff are friendly and very accommodating of last minute bookings. However the standard of CT is well below the standard of other operations in Sydney. This is however not reflected in the price, which is quite high.

This was the first escape room challenge for our group and we really didnt know what to expect. We did the museum rooms and such a blast. Really great value and the staff were so kind and took time to explain everything at the beginning. Cant wait to go again!

I am leaving this room a negative review. Please do not read if you would rather no spoilers for the room, as the minimal information I'll be writing about might give starter people a hint or two...
The experience or the room - mainly workers professionalism, puzzle design and activity planning- was not reflected in the highest costing escape room in Sydney. Language barriers and confused staff members should have been the first sign, but as we entered the room we quickly realised that the quality and up keep of the rooms was not a priority for the Chinese owners. (not being racist, but you will understand soon.)
The experience has been tailored for both a Chinese and English speaking audience. Unfortunately clues and hints are given to you in both languages - which makes things difficult to keep track of, especially with the poor technology, creating a very hard to handle language barrier and not a very good environment to concentrate in. Rooms them selves were poorly constructed. There was a lot going on in the walls with no clear signs as to what clue leads to where and what effects what. This made our "mission" get lost and disjointed. There was no flow or sense of discovery.
We have completed many rooms, and even tonight did this one right after another (superior in every way) room.
The room defeted us in exhaustion, we stopped trying when things didn't work, when clues had no direction, path or satisfaction, and when we needed help, as the clue was broken English, hard to hear, didn't work or just plainly disjointed - it took minimum 5 minutes for the clue to get to us via the mobile phone given to us for contact.
We almost asked for our money back - probably still will - but didn't because we did book it last minute... Still greatly dissatisfied.
My advice - if you have the chance to do any escape room in Sydney, save your money and go to mission escape or enigma which are by far superior and aprox $50 cheaper by comparison.

Hi, Geevictoria
It's one of our puzzles. Don't worry...Other players can do it if she has asthma.
Thanks,
