The centre of our nation; a part from the green and red rooms, not much to do. Can’t even roll down the grass roof anymore.

Michael was our tour guide and he did a magnificent job of relating anecdotes and quoting facts as he showed us different areas in the building. We are proud of this Australian iconic masterpiece.

This very modern building has an impressive exterior but we did not think it was worth the time to go inside except for the good view you get from the roof.

I hadn’t visited for many years and thought the chambers were looking a bit tatty. The carpet and upholstery needs an upgrade. But essential place to visit. Loved the tapestry.

What an amazing place. Great art work, lots of history and plenty of things to see and learn. Easy cheap parking and free entry is a bonus.

Did this tour after the free public tour. Well worth the fee charged. Saw parts of the parliament that did not see on the other tour. Best part was the guide, Nathan. His knowledge, friendliness and overall professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommend.

As far as I know, all other areas are open when the Houses are sitting, but the helpful staff will advise you.
