Very knowledgeable and personable guide who literally wrote the book on birds. Everything ran on time, Neil catered to each person's needs and interests. He went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this tour.

I had a fruitful day in Canberra with some new mates I met in this tour. We have learned a lot interesting things from history to architecture and key figures of this capital city. It is a great pleasure to be guided around by knowledgeable, experienced Olaf - our local guide. This tour is recommended.

This tour certainly changed our minds about Canberra. We were expecting a boring sterile city but what we were shown was a vibrant capital city with a beating heart. Neil our guide was excellent in showing us all the sights of the city but also adding so much more. He had the expertise, knowledge and the personality to entertain but also to educate. The tour was the best we have ever been on. All the stops were just the right length of time and the added information by Neil made it so much more memorable. It was great. 👍.

Great small group (only 3 couples) tour, friendly and knowledgeable driver/tour guide. Hit all the high points of interest in Canberra and finished at the Australian War Memorial for the Last Post Ceremony.

We had a great afternoon with an experienced, helpful, and well informed guide. We got to see lots of kangaroos, three semi-wild koalas and plenty of birds. We also spotted wallabies and a bandicoot.

The guide was very personable and patient. The coach was adequate, but not the most comfortable and spacious. The ride was long and seemed to take longer than it did because of the lack of information provided by the guide. He said a few things about Canberra, but it was a wildlife tour, not a Canberra tour. He provided very little information about the animals we were trying to observe. We expected information about life cycle, habitat, food, reproduction, and how they behave during each season. We received none of that. He merely pointed out kangaroos in a field and in a park, and koalas in an enclosure. We expected something more than a ride to and through the national park. We could have hired a car, driven there and seen exactly the same animals and birds on our own without a "guide."

Loved it. Learnt so much about Canberra in that one day. Our tour guide Bob was very nice and knew lots about Canberra. Would recommend for others.

Fantastic trip with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. A great chance to get out of the city and see some of Australia’s wildlife. We loved it!

Neil took us on an 8 hour tour of the highlights of Canberra. We would rate this tour 12 OUT OF 10 - OUTSTANDING! Someone else recommended this tour to us saying it was absolutely fantastic (last Thursday). We wish we could relive the day all over again! Neil has a way of relaying interesting stories full of valuable insights. Neil knew the finer details of Canberra, for sure: Parliament Houses (old and new), consulates, high commissions, embassies, drives through interesting streets, majestic views on top of Mt. Ainslie, and every other place he relayed/showed to us. Who would have ever thought that touring houses of parliament could be so much fun?! His bus was quiet, comfortable and very clean. It looked new to us. We also toured the War Memorial and laid a wreath for my grandfather in law. We highly recommend this tour. A DAY LIKE NO OTHER ... Thanks especially to Neil and to Canberra Guided Tours. All The Best, Kate & Ian Smith, Perth Western Australia.

Our driver, Ian, was excellent. Proudly Australian and very informative. Lots of local knowledge especially re Parliament and the unique history of Canberra. The War Memorial is quite special. Worthwhile getting this. It’s ticked off our bucket list
