We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This spot forms a wonderful stop for a swim between Hue and Hoi An. However, nearly the whole length of the river that is accessible is filled up with local restaurant shacks on the river, each charging 50 000 VND to swim on their section. This after already paying the park entrance fee which one would assume would allow you to swim.

We walked down river away from the hubbub and found a pool to ourselves without anyone charging us. However, the litter around was atrocious! Restaurant owners are clearly dumping all their waste on the river bank, waiting for high water to carry it away. Torn bits of tarp used to dam the pools upstream, are scattered everywhere upstream.

I urge travellers to boycott these restaurants in view of the waste they are causing. If it carries on at this rate, what is a beautiful natural attraction will be no more.

Beware of a lady at the top of the tracks down to the springs. We were coerced into her and husbands shelter and mats, asked to pay 50k dong each for the priveledge. My wife arrrived later whilst we were swimming and a simple bag storage cost another 50k for the 10 minutes it was stored...its a lovely place but these guys are expert at extracting money for little service.

Upon arriving we had to pay a 15000VND each for entry aswell as a 2000VND fee to park our bike. We walked a little way towards the blaring rave music till we came to a few "springs". The pools where busy full of people so we decided to walk a little bit further to the next pool where we were asked to pay 100,000VND to swim when we argued we had ready paid entry fee we were moved on. Turns out you have to pay to swim ontop of the entry fee, so we left. This place has been ruined with with wooden shacks and litter as well as the 10 different songs all blaring at once. These pools have been made by throwing sand bags and rocks together to create the effect. It is not the relaxing atmosphere one thinks when you here natural springs. Do your self a favour and swim in the ocean.
