Prani Glow day spa is situated in a picturesque hamlet of Spa Country. We are a Thai- South East Asian inspired day spa where only use organic products including our organic massage oil. Our treatments are based on the philosophy of healing,rest, relaxation and improvement, whether it be choice of our signature massages from gentle and relaxing to invigorating and revitalizing with a Thai herbal compress therapeutic massage.

From the time I first communicated with Mannie to make a booking for my wife and I during a weekend stay in Daylesford, she was excellent to deal with, patiently helped me choose the right treatments based on what we were seeking. No hard sell, just genuine interest in wanting us to get the best and most out of our visit to Prani Glow Day Spa.
The experience was excellent, so relaxing, left feeling fantastic and thinking that we need to go again, soon!
Best spa experience I have had.
The environment was calming and we felt special and well looked after.

I found Prani Glow Day Spa in January 2021 on a weekend in Daylesford. Mannie, Tim and their team are amazing, very professional, their day spa is inviting, relaxing and serene. The Massage is out of this world good and the coconut facial is heaven. As I only live in South Gisborne a 50 minute drive I have been back twice since and will continue visiting on a monthly basis. I did have to change one of my bookings at late notice due to an emergency and they could not have been more helpful in rearranging my appointment. If you are coming to Daylesford I highly recommend you make time to visit their spa you will not be disappointed

This was everything and more. The staff were so lovely making you feel relaxed as soon as you walked in the door. The ambience was relaxing and peaceful. The facial was just the best I've ever had. I got the full 2 hours that I paid for no down time at all. The bed was warm and comfortable. All in all a 10/10 experience will definitely be back.

Booked using a voucher that paid for the whole treatment. Due to unforeseen emergency circumstances we had to cancel our appointment. Instead of refunding part of our payment and just keeping the booking fee portion they kept the entire payment and refused any further attempts to reconcile the issue. Their communication was very poor, unhelpful and unclear. We made several attempts to work with them to come to a mutually beneficial reconciliation, adding extra treatments, flexibility with rebooking etc and they just accused me of bullying and stopped communications with me. I found their services overpriced in comparison to others in the area and would not recommend this business based on their customer service alone. Very unhappy and now $570 poorer customers

It is a pity that you reviewed our publicly available terms and conditions and not our service.
Here are some points that people should know when reading your review.
1. Our terms and conditions are available to view on our web site.
2. You booked your treatment through a third party booking agent whom refers you to the service provider for terms and conditions. This booking agent takes a commission of close to 30% of each and every booking.
3. The booking agent advises (before purchasing the service) on the web page as follows:
. Change your booking up to 48 Hours prior to your experience
. Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
. Late arrivals or no shows may result in forfeiture of your experience
4. You gave our team less than two and a half hour notice that you
would not be attending.
5. When we called back (as we were setting up for the booked treatments and did not
hear the phone ring) and politely inquired further on your emergency, we were bluntly told
"How is that any of your business?"
6. If it is a no- show, we still pay staff and contractors the same amount as had they
delivered the treatments.
7. With two and a half hour notice, we could not take alternate customers to fill this spot.
Other potential customers had been turned down for the spot days prior.
8. We have not heard of any business that charges only 20% to the customer for no shows.
9. When you said you offer to pay extra: You offered to add a 20 minute mini facial which you had already had with the initial booking so that it is not an offer to pay extra.
10. Being bullying and rude. This is not an accusation since you emailed and did this in writing.

11. Criticizing our communication: Leading up to the booking and after the treatment date we were corresponding frequently. We have 6 emails back and forth with Nikita and 7 emails with Morris as well as conversing over the phone. We did carefully take time to review and discuss your case in our team and we had intended to offer a $100 voucher that could have been put towards any of our packages. As soon as we received your bullying email we decided not to offer this.

So disappointed,
We booked in a near $600 spa treatment for my husband and I to celebrate our 1 year anniversary.
We had a genuine family emergency and notified them immediately that we were unable to make it due to those circumstances
They kept the FULL near $600 dollars!!! (most booking would loose a 20% deposit )
I offered to provide evidence and hospital records of the emergency, we even went so far as to offer to add on extra treatments and pay extra and fit into whatever date and time they had available and they refused !
We asked for some money to be returned ( as most would only pay a 20% ) but they kept the full amount, their communication was also terrible
We spoke to a lady at red ballon who tried to advocate for us and contacted them but said it was up to them
And they had flat out refused .
Do not recommend at all !!!

We have just arrived home from an amazing experience at Prani Glow Day Spa.
Mannie and her team were so polite and very welcoming. It was exactly like we were back in Thailand but only 10 times better. We had a couples Restoring Energy Relaxation massage it was peaceful, relaxing, and so soothing, the music the smells it felt like I was literally floating on clouds. We are looking forward to coming back soon for a Traditional Thai Massage knowing that we will be in the best hands
Kapunka to Mannie and her team again and I would highly recommend anyone reading this to definitely book in and enjoy this amazing experience

My sister and I booked into the Spring Detox. What a treat. We arrived on a very cold spring day, we enjoyed a lovely herbal tea before entering a delightfully appointed room that was heated to a perfect temperature.
The women who provided our treatment were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Head massage, exfoliation, massage, moisturiser, facial. Amazing. We felt so relaxed, our skin felt so refreshed. We will definitely be re-booking next time we are in the area.

I decided on a solo day spa trip to Daylesford and with such a wide choice being the spa capital im so glad I chose Prani glow day spa. From the beginning it was a beautiful experience, I was greeted at the door by my therapist Tamara and we begun our consultation she asked me if I have sore spots and where I would like to concentrate on before allowing me to pick an aromatherapy essential oil for my private room. She was so soft natured and caring making me relaxed from the minute I got there. Once my treatment was finished I was met by Mannie the spa director with water ready and my own little take home gift of the essential oil I had during my massage she was absolutely beautiful. No it’s not a large day spa with multiple levels and pools and all the fancy things but it was perfect for me very intimate, warm and zen. I would highly recommend and I will be going back for sure very soon.

What an absolute gem of a place. Mannie and team provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. We booked the 90 minute Restoring Balance massage and every single moment was pure bliss. The ambiance of the massage room with soft music playing, lighted candles and amazing scents only added to the experience. We walked out relaxed, calm and refreshed.
Located only 5 minutes away from the centre of Daylesford it’s easy to get to with plenty of onsite parking. If you’re after a relaxing, client focused massage with exceptional customer service and no regrets, this is the place for you.
Highly recommended!

Had been to the place for a Hot Stone Massage and Organic Facial and it was superb. The Hot Stone Massage is recommended as it was something I tried for the first time and it was mesmerising. Will come back for another session sometime
