We were there on a Saturday, it was quite packed with people and littering. Used cups and empty instant noodle cup were discarded between the rocks. The way up was slippery and wet, so you have to wear non-slippery shoes. When we reached there at 10am, we didn't see any rainbow. Unless you go into the water, you can see... More

I was in Kampung and wanted to do a 2d/1n trip to the waterfall. The tourist information suggested Mr. Rizal (+60129479516, email: mridzalsukimi@gmail.com) and i was not disappinted at all. When I arrived in town, he guided me to his wife's restaurant. Delicious Malay dishes!! In the morning the picked me up at my hotel and we wnt with a... More

Is that awesome ? Yes. Is it worth the early wake up ? Yes. I had been there twice and I still love it. To visit the rainbow waterfall, we pay for a tour. The driver/tour guide will drive us into the entrance before we start so call hike into the waterfall. The journey to the entrance is about 40-45... More

Now, I'm someone who has seen the Niagara Falls in USA before. And I can tell you that while this waterfall does not have the raw power of the Niagara, it is definitely more mystical. The journey to reach it is not easy, but it will be worth your time. One hour of VERY bumpy and exciting ride on 4WD... More

To go to this waterfall, one has to cross a small river where water is above knee level. No worries, there is a rope for you to hold onto to cross over the other end. Once passed, you have to climb steps with uneven rocks, quite slippery, the air is fresh, along the way, you can see birds, flowers. Once... More

I love love love this place. It's the most impressive place to share with foreign friends visiting an equatorial country BUT.....not during the holidays. You won't be able to get a picture without a swamp of people in it. I'm serious, you're practically struggling to find a spot to stand let alone take a nice picture. During the low season,... More

You should make this trip if you love nature and adventure. Situated deep in the jungle of Pahang is the Rainbow Waterfall.
