Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited this place as its the home of dobbys grave! Yes I know its just a pile of rocks but I love Harry potter so this was right up my street!! My kids enjoyed playing on the beach for a good while and wow it really is a beautiful beach to visit... the cafe in the car park was not great and we only wanted 2 hot drinks.. they wasn't hot and the order was wrong.. for food we did take a picnic though... Would defo visit again in summer and have a venture round the other side through the rocks...

By far our favourite beach from our visit to Pembrokeshire. Huge and we pretty much had it to ourselves. The dogs loved zooming around on the sand.

Dobby’s grave worth a visit if you’re a Harry Potter fan, it is getting a bit silly now with a ridiculous stuffed toy tied on to the top, a shame people always seem to take things like this too far.

What a great hidden gem. Totally off the beaten track and well worth the journey. Get there early. Only a small car park at each end and become v v full quickly. You can park on the road but it’s tight. Car parking is free.
Fantastic “cafe van” selling great bacon butties from early in the morning and lunch time treats too.
Toilets in the burrows car park
Surf and body boarding is great and life guards on the beach at peak times too. Great rock pools for the kids at low tide and soft enough sand for castles too. Sand dunes to explore and walks in them. Something for all ages etc. Can get windy so take a windbreak/hoody.

Decided to have a drive over from Saundersfoot with the family, managed to catch the weather just right. You can’t beat the sands and of course the freshwater streams running down to the sea( kids loved playing in these). Free parking which was a surprise and nice to see a food van which was up to scratch with Covid 19 and all staff were wearing PPE which puts your mind at rest a little. Great to watch the surf school and the jet skis and the man wrestling with his huge kite ( it was dragging him around a little). Also clean toilets in the car park again a bonus.... if your in the area well worth a visit cracking, relaxing spot with great beaches and views

Wow!! One of our favourite beaches from our visit to Pembrokeshire. Beautiful soft golden sand, nice waves if you want to surf. You can see why they filmed Harry Potter & the Dealthy Hallows here it's stunning! We was lucky to have beautiful sunny weather,in the middle of Aug heatwave. This beach is a must for any Harry Potter fan. I'm a Harry Potter fan & laid my stone I'd made for Dobby 😁 Would definitely recommend this beach & wouldn't hesitate to return if we ever visit Pembrokeshire in the future. Bonus free parking too.

Visited in August with friends from Holland that wanted to see the filming location of dobbies grave from Harry Potter. It was well worth the trip the beach is big so loads of space for all easy parking lifeguard on duty. The grave is in the dunes easy to find just look for the people crying at a pile of rocks . You can see how big a film series it is by seeing this

Fantastic beach, really beautiful. Visited in February so it wasn't busy. Easy to park in the free, small car park provided (but I imagine it must fill up quickly in the summer). The road to the beach is narrow, in some places there is no space for two cars to fit, but it wasn't a problem at this time of year as there wasn't much traffic.

The beach is very big and very pretty, one of the best I've seen in the UK. It was very windy and the sight of the waves in the ocean was awe-inspiring.

Last but not least, if you (or your children!) are Harry Potter fans, make sure you visit Dobby's Grave overlooking the beach. It was my daughter's dream to go there one day and she was not disappointed!

A lovely open beach with plenty of sand and rock pools, so remember to bring your bucket and spade, net and kite! The main NT car park is at the south end, and has a toilet and recycling bins.
The tide can be deceptive, so be careful when swimming. RNLI Lifeguards are normally there in the high season. The beach is popular with surfers.
The food van in the car park is brilliant, so make the most of it Recommended is the day's griddled fresh fish with seaweed butter in a bread roll... yum.
You can also get a take-home stock of their condiments at Wisebuys on Pembroke Main Street.

As a family of Potter heads it was a great destination. The beach is wonderfully beautiful and we we're incredibly lucky to have a clear sunny day, albeit windy.
Dobby's grave is nestled in the dunes and is adorned with hundreds of decorated stones and odd socks in loving memory. Left by Potter fans who have made the trip to this stunning part of the Welsh coastline.
My daughters stone is now laid with the rest.
RIP Dobby, the free house elf.

What a fabulous beach this is! As well as having the pleasure of paying our respects to Dobbie, we had a cracking walk along this beautiful place. The weather was really nice and it was windy so the sea was wild.
The whole thing is stunning and made even more so but the total lack of buildings, hotels, sun-beds, cafes or other tourist paraphernalia.
Go there. Have a great time. Take your litter home.
