Lots of history here. This place has so many interesting stories that go back a fair way. Tunnels underground where horses pulled carts with beer barrels loaded. Beer kept underground for cooling. Great tasting room and very friendly staff. Good selection of tasty brews. Well...More

This hidden gem is well worth a visit to the tasting room, where our group of 3 tried 6 unique and tasty brews on a cold winter afternoon. We then purchased a selection to enjoy, including some not found in the LCBO or Beer Store....More

Very clean and well-kept, interesting to see the old tools used for brewing and the history posted .... the specialty beers are expensive, but the whole idea is the luxury experience, the samples should be very inexpensive though, and the owners need to spend equal...More

I have been to many many breweries all over Ontario and many states. This is by far my least favourite. I found beers I enjoyed and the production manager was quite lovely. The skinny blonde lady however has zero customer service skills and was quite...More

Great lovely brewery with interesting beers with Seasonal selections. Best known for their 10W30, their Scotch ale is also good. Be aware, they have been known to run out of some varieties due to limited production capacity and increased popularity.

We were disappointed in this brewery. Many brewers don't charge to sample but Neustadt does and more than is necessary. Despite our purchase of several beers, we were still charged for a taste sample. $1.50 per one small sample is unreasonable. The grounds could be...More

This looks to be an old mill that has been re-purposed as a craft brewery, and it is really lovely. Already know I like their 10W30, but looking forward to trying some of the other craft beers I purchased which could only be obtained there!

This is a delightful little craft brewery in an old brewery building in a pretty little town with a nice antique shop. Historically German immigrants pioneered this area and the beer at Neustadt Brewery tends to reflect both the best of German and even a...More

I highly recommend popping into the brewery for a flight of beers in the tasting room and take the historic architecture. We regularly take a number of their craft brews home. Our favourites include the Mad Dog Porter, Raspberry Sauerkraut and Texas Stout which become...More
