What a magnificent Abbey, worth every minute it took to get there. The church, dates back to the 11th century and has fabulous decorations, statues and frescoes. It is trul;y a Medieval architectural treasure.

A delight. Takes you to another time. Or better yet, quietly brings the adoration of another time to you now. A nearby small cafe served delightful fresh peaches, still warm from the sun, with vanilla gelato. Off the beaten path.
