Kiwi360 is in the very heart of Te Puke - 'Goodness Grows Here' region,(just 40 mins from Rotorua along SH33 toward Tauranga),where nearly all of NZ's kiwifruit is grown. Visit Kiwi360 to take a kiwikart tour of our commercial kiwfruit orchard where the expert guide will explain the unique climatic and soil conditions which enable the 2500 orchardists in the Te Puke area to produce the highest quality, highest volume per ha, of kiwifruit in the world. During the tour visitors will also see 60 or 70 different varieties of fruit and nut trees also growing on the property. After the tour visit the best retail gift and souvenir shop in the Bay of Plenty in the main complex and enjoy gourmet food and refreshments in the courtyard garden cafe,Kiwi is the world's healthiest fruit and complimentary tastings along with kiwi wine, juices and liquers are always available.

At first we didn't find it and drove up to a kind of container backpackers. The landlord told us that Kiwi 360 had closed down its business for good: January 31, 2017

Our visit to this Kiwi farm was fascinating! The owner was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the growing and harvesting process. The shop/café was a nice stop also. Got to sample scones with kiwi jam. Worth the time.

Fun. We drove out to see the kiwi farm. We learned a lot about the farming of this fruit and the importance of space in the budding and growing stages. The gift shop was nice. We had kiwi ice cream- who knew it was so...More

Permanently closed. Please take off from the attractions. We went with a group recently and there is a sign to suggest that attraction is closed.

We (husband & wife) visited Kiwi 360 whilst stopping-over in the area on a 3-week trip around NZ. It was a little disappointing for the money. We were surprised when the kiwi-fruit 'train' returned to drop-off at the shop that it was so short a...More

There is a sign outside that says that the tourist attraction is permanently out of business and that it is now a construction site. You can still take a pic with the giant kiwi so better than nothing I suppose.

We reached there on 15 June 2016, Wednesday and saw the gate was closed. I checked with the motel next door and was told that they have closed down recently and waiting to be relocated. Very disappointed.

Kiwi 360 is a must stop. Awesome family run business and real genuine kiwi hospitality. A great place to learn about the kiwifruit industry and treat the taste buds to a kiwifruit ice cream.

From Tauranga Airport, the distance to Papamoa Beach is only about 15kms and would take about 20 minutes by car. There is only one bus per day and it goes to Te Puka first then back to Papamoa - this is a long trip and... More
