Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A place to be proud of. It is a huge land and can be an educational experience for all. Tram rides are available for all to visit the fruit trees. There’s a deer farm and rabbit farm. I hope this place will be consistently maintained as it is good for all, young and old.

Last visit on 1 May 2019. I thought there would be more varieties of fruits, but was disappointed when there was nothing much to buy except for star fruits, cut pineapples and soursop cordial. The coconuts sold at the Malay House were swarmed by flies, due to the coops housing turkeys, chicken, geese, etc.
The coconut palms appeared to be attacked by rhinoceros beetles.
Plants at the Laman Herba were inadequately labelled. Was hoping to get more insight on when the flowering and fruiting times of the plants, but no such information available. Was told that to buy the Nangchem, it has to be special order by phone, and there isn't any fruiting season for the Nangchem.
When calling on 4 June 2019 to their defacto number +60102502865, it was poor experience. Only can answer the opening hours. Unable to know anything more about their core subject, and instead have to refer to another person who was on leave. Was told then that the purchase of Nangchem would be by walk-in only. Also was told it wasn't in season. Isn't that contradictory? Unable to advise a budget also. I doubt they have credit card facility.
Seriously, don't they know the place is 1 hour from Shah Alam? Who would want to visit without preparing well in advance? And with the scant information given, best to call up to get a good picture of the place before visiting. Not sure why they are not maintaining their fixed line number.

I went during off season but I don't think it makes alot of difference. To be honest, this "tourism" needs to buck up if it wants to attract more visitors.
Ticket prices has increased since 2019
Adults : RM 10
Children and senior citizens: RM5
Cons:
- Lack of fruits and vegetables sales at the SFV
- If they did its very expensive and sold in local market prices.
- Very slow tram rides. Should be more organised. Should have a time scheduled so visitors have a clue how long the wait period is.
- lack of creative attraction that will make people appreciate local fruits and vegetables.
- We are not allowed to do anything besides taking pictures and walk around
- it's a very dull and low budget attraction... Everything seem very half-baked
- Kampung house is just there... For name sake.... It contains hardly anything nor did it have any speakers to guide the visitors.
Recommendation:
- Create a program for reasonable fee for a set of family members to pick as many fruits or vegetables in a box and without a weight range.
- it will encourage people to want to come to this place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables right from the farm
- Have more farm animals sight seeing
- Talk about herbs and flower plants
- have more organised tram rides and informative drivers
- Allow visitors to have sample of fruits or honey or whatever
This place have alot of potential but it lacks alot of creativity and attractiveness to make people want to come again!
It's best if you are visiting this place during the weekends and have low budget for that week.
