We stopped at this historic factory on the way to the beautiful medieval town of Sandomierz . Intended just a short stop to have a cup of coffee... stayed half a day. A fantastic place, amazing work. A great interesting place BUT. I travelled half a day each way to visit. On arrival I was told ' you need to wait for over an hour to tag onto a group, the group was too big so I was told to wait another 30 mins. Everything is in Polish, I asked for English... More

A world-famous porcelain manufacture, together with a museum, a store and a small cafe. Having a chance to see the porcelain hand -making process, including painting was a fascinating experience. An unusual attraction in a small village renown for its hand made porcelain. OK can be expensive, but hand made and you can "have - a - go" yourself. Fine porcelain works, but careful what you touch.
