This was a great trip.Would definitely do it again. I had read reviews that they thought it was rushed. Not at all.
We thought Captain Philippe did an excellent job explaining everything from how your equipment should fit, your saftey & information about the reef.
We came as part of a large group from a resort in Cancun. While the staff was very nice and friendly the whole thing was so rushed. We got there and were rushed in to sign waiver forms but many needed to stop in the...More
Read other reviews and told my family members what we might see snorkeling for free right off the beach at Ojo de Agua. They were skeptical. should have heard the hoots and hollers when we saw many barracuda, a couple almost two meters/six feet long!...More

If you and your kids have their own gear and have snorkelled before, I recommend searching this website for "7 days snorkelling" for details on the tour. It was affordable, and a small group tour, that is right at the pier in PM.
It is a basic tour that takes you out to the wonderful reef. Would be hesitant to take kids out on anything but a calm day tho. Enjoy!
