A well presented small museum. Unlike other museum you can touch the items on display, most of it looks like it could still work. Amazing how much of this equipment was made in the UK. IF you go with kids there is a lot of interactive things to keep them engaged. Worth a look

This is a small museum that has some hands on exhibits for children that explain how electricity works. The exhibits themselves are all written in Catalan, so unless you read Catalan you won't get much out of the exhibits. They do have audio guides in multiple languages, but they won't cover all of the material written in the exhibits. It's... More

The Electricity Museum is between Escaldes and Encamp you can´t miss it. It has its own parking when you come from Escaldes to your left. Once youhave paid the at the entrance. This museum succeeds in tis mission of explaining what happened in the 1930s in Andorra when the hydroelectric power station was built as were the main roads in the country. It succeeded with me because I can read Catalan, which for some curious reason is the only language in the main display. It seems that the director feels that visitors... More
