The cabins are very nice, clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything..screen porch, rocking chairs, fire pit, grill. Disconnect from technology and enjoy each other. There is a beautiful cypress hammock with a boardwalk near the spring.

Beautiful, clean, staff is so nice and the cabin was amazing! Saw more wildlife there than other places I have been in Florida. Yes it is small but that's what makes it quaint and quiet! I can't wait to go back!

If your looking for a large park, don't visit, it's small. It does have a lot to offer for a small park, they have a new manager and he is doing great things to improve the park. There are 5 very nice cabins with everything you could want. The spring area is very nice and well kept, the picnic area... More

Visited here while Camping in the area and was unimpressed especially after visiting Manatee State Park. I understand the cost $6.00 to come which keeps the Park running. But, if you intentions are to spend the Day make sure you bring drinks as there is nothing there. We spent maybe an hour.

We had a terrific time here. What a great place for a family to take a cool dip in the spring. We went for a dive day combined with a trip to nearby Manatee Springs State Park. Really enjoyed diving in the spring here. the swimming area and diving area are all in the same spring. Manatees come up in... More

We stumbled upon this hidden gem while traveling through the area. I would have liked to have planned a longer stay in their cabins. A great place to spend a couple of days. I am glad that I had snorkeling gear, towels and water floats on hand. A great place for a family trip.

We visited in late afternoon, and the springs were quiet with only a few people around. The springs are small but they have a nice floating deck that extends out over the clear springs. There were four manatees present, including a calf. They came right under us, passing under the dock to go closer to the springs. Two snorkelers were... More

4 friends in 2 canoes made a day trip to Fanning Springs State Park by paddling canoes up from Manatee Springs State Park. There was nothing special about this park for us. A female ranger was quite rude while a male counterpart was very pleasant & helpful. We ended up staying only a couple hours. Took a quick swim in... More

Just spent the New Years holiday with a group of about 25 friends and family at Fanning Springs State Park. We rented all five of the the cabins at a very reasonable rate (I believe they were $100 per night) and were pleasantly surprised at their quality and spaciousness. Don't get me wrong...these are not the Ritz Carlton...but they are... More

We spent one night here in a cabin. We have been in about five cabins in five different parks. They are all great, each slightly different, wonderful for families. This was 115$ with all taxes and fees, we could easily get four adults and four kids in here. The cabin has a full kitchen, queen bed in one room, twin... More
