Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

On the way to Dona Paula, one takes a right turn at the NIO to reach the raj bhavan. Just outside the main gate, situated right at the top of the Cabo de Rama cliff lies a most beautiful viewing point where one can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the coastline. There are benches to relax and soak in the ambience. It is most recommended for lounging in the evenings. The cool breeze and serene surrounding makes the place irresistible.

The Raj Bhavan is the official residence of the Governor and is situated at Dona Paula. Inside the Raj Bhavan is a chapel which is open to the public (only) on Sundays for Sunday mass at 09.30 hours. The chapel is dedicated to Senhora de Cabo. The chapel has a beautiful altar and pulpit. It is situated right at the top of the Cabo de Rama cliff and after mass one can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the coastline. Just a few steps down from the chapel is a grotto which is also worth a visit. Do not miss this place on your next visit to Goa. On the way to the Raj Bhavan there is a British Cemetery. However, the gates were closed so we could not enter there.

At the junction, choosing not taking the roads to Miramar, Dona Paula and Goa University but taking the road less traveled got me to the Stately Cabo Raj Bhavan. Great coastline vistas to experience.
