This is by far one of the best riding schools I have been to. There is so much to do; the horse property is absolutely huge and it's fun all around. The horses were safe, well schooled and were matched to my ability. Learnt so much with riding and not just typical things like jumping but also things like bareback riding! So much fun!

Such a gorgeous and fun environment to be around, Sophie and Sheryl are so amazing and expiring, we drove 10 hours from Esperance to Perth and I can sure say it’s worth the drive, can’t wait to see my riding school family ones again and all the amazing friends I meet their as well xxx

I learnt to ride at this school and it was the best experience of my life. I not only learnt to ride but how to look after horses and everything involved with horses. The horses are very well trained and the instructor is really good with very clear instructions. The property has stunning views. I would recommend this riding school to anyone who loves horses.

Despite identifying as absolute beginners prior to and during our lesson, we were put with experienced riders. Very little individual training was provided (assuming we knew how to handle horses and get them ready). We were trotting (which I thought odd for beginners) when experienced horses were instructed to canter. My horse decided it was going to canter along with the others. Being inexperienced I didn’t know how to handle the horse and unfortunately fell off. Despite being badly shaken up and in huge amounts of pain I was urged to get back on the horse and walk around, despite me insisting I should just sit out. I was not provided or offered any medical attention, simply to go home and have a magnesium bath and take Panadol (after being made to brush horse and get ready for putting away in paddock!). By the
time I got home I was in so much pain I went straight to ED and discovered I had 5 broken ribs!! I spent 6 days in hospital, 3+ weeks out of work, and am still in pain. The Drs all said I was extremely lucky not to have punctured my lung, especially being made to get back on the horse (I must have been in shock to do this!!).
No follow up from Yarrada farm, even after I sent an email advising of my injuries.
I would suggest NOT for beginner riders…..!!

This is the best riding school i've been to. The instructor is really good and gives clear instructions. The horses and ponies are very well fed and well trained. I learnt to ride as well as how to groom horses and taking care of them. Would recommend to anyone who loves horses and rides no matter if you are a total beginner or an expert.

Yarrada farm is a great riding school from complete beginners to the most advanced riders. they have great horses and the people are really friendly and nice to know.

Best horse riding camp me and my sister have ever been on, can’t wait for next camp 😁
