Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went to Blacksmiths beach three times during a recent holiday. The beach is clean and wasn’t crowded. The highlight was some of the best bodysurfing waves we have ever found. Consistent, clean and safe waves right near the flags. Good facilities including car parking beside the lifesaving club.

Was a nice spot to sit with my teen and 24yo kids and eat a beautiful fish'n'chip dinner that we'd bought from nearby at Swansea just before dusk..beautiful views, lots of seagulls to keep us company 🤣

Blacksmiths Beach is just over the bridge from Swansea. Popular with surfers the beach is patrolled by paid life guards and volunteer life guards as well

The Blacksmith Beach is a nice beach to visit. Plenty of parking near the Blacksmiths Surf Club and nearby streets. I have heard the breakwall has some good fishing spots.
The suburb of Blacksmiths has plenty of cafes where you can eat or take out, go sit up at this lovely beach.

Blacksmiths beach is the perfect spot for a romantic evening. We headed there just after the sunset and were amazed by the beautiful pastel colour sky that awaited us. Best part about it - we were the only ones present.
