Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is good and different and good! Your safety is always their priority. For someone so 'water proofed' like me .. I felt confident to sit on their doughnuts and enjoyed the whole experience without a glitch! You just need hot cuppa and a real doughnut to munch on as the tour guide pulled you along ... the cave and river .. amazing!

Visit the place with the whole family (there are also elderly and 17months baby in my group). At first, we doubt to bring my baby enter the cave because the guide told us there will be a very dark area on the route. However, they convince us that it would be fine if we need to get back during the cave exploration. Turns out my baby just hugging me all the time and he enjoys my stories about the bats, the stalactite, stalagmites and so on.. Yes, it's really safe for him. Don't use any accessories to avoid it lost when we explore the cave. The tour lasts for around 20 minutes.

The place is beautifully stunning, but you should not go there without proper planning because there are many misguided signs and local middlemen unless you are prepared to pay more.

Pindul Cave is a very unique and interesting cave where tourists can explore the cave using only used four-wheeled vehicle tires. Apart from this uniqueness, tourists can also enjoy the beauty of the stalactites and stalagmites in the Pindul cave.

Pindul cave is a very beautiful bat cave. As we float above the cold lake water (water tubing), we could see bats hanging on top of us. It was a life time experience. The only problem I had was related to security and health measures. At some points of the cave, the water was as deep as 15 meters. Which is quite deep. The tube they gave us wasnt so stable. They gave us dirty tubes and I dont know how many people touched it. Excluding all the negatives, it was fun swimming in the lake. It is an experience!

We were three adults and three kids, two of them being younger than 6. We enjoyed the guided tour. It was an exciting and relaxing experience. The cave is not very long, so the tour took about 30 minutes. Also note that there has been a system put in place to direct the visitors to certain operators. I suppose this is to ensure that all operators get customers. We were there during the low season, hence it was convenient. I was told to avoid school holiday season as it is always packed during this period. If you're planning to visit, please do google the tariff. You may want to bargain with the operator.
One inconvenient experience for us was that we had to wait for any guide who was willing to take us since we only wanted to go to Pindul cave, instead of several places offered by the operator as package. Not all guides were willing to take customers to one place only.

I really amaze with this site, because it unpredictably gave me (actually us, because I am in a tour group) best service. They gave us performances that I did not think before. We explored the cave with pleasure in the story of the cave. I like it. It also showed us how the manage our tour professionally.
