Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is one of several waterfall in Kulon Progo. The same routes with Kedung Pedut this place give you a waterfall to enjoy. Get some wet there with cold water. The best time to visit is rainy season, the water volumes will be good at that season.

In the middle of the jungle but even not too bad to reach. A big pool and some little waterfalls. They really take care about that place. we went there after borobrodur sunrise. we did it by ourself with scooter (and least one hour from the temple but realy nice streets). There are more Waterfalls around and some caves too but we didn't have time to visit them.

I love the waterfall. Not too many tourist and a few pool to choose from. The water is very cool and sometime the water is blue reflecting the sky.

During my visit to Kembang Soka, the water capacity was below the average. Water was running like silvery threads splashing from the steep rocks. In fact, she could not compare with Sekumpul Waterfalls in Singaraja. Down to the bottom was a pool with a wooden extended platform for diving. A man made a graceful dive into the pool, then I persuaded him to have an encore, out of my expectation, he failed. Walking down the bamboo-built bridge seemed to be an easy task, but climbing up to the parking lot was an awful dilemma for me as I should rest awhile at ten-minute intervals.

The water is greenish blue. Deep around 2.5m in the middle of pond. Worth the view but you need to hike back to the top which is quite tiring.
Suggested for people love to hike.
Have small lacal cafe.

I was brought here by my local friend, and it was stunning! Like three waterfalls to choose, and it was very picture perfect! You can meet local vendors, selling cheap foods (if you can speak Javanese or Indonesian hahaha) so you better come with a local friend.

I have never imagine that Kulon Progo has this waterfall. It is really natural and fresh. For you who like to go hiking, this waterfall can be the choice. It is not really hard to find. Located in high land in Kulon Progo.
Near this waterfall you can also visit Gua Kiskendo whose own a historical myth puppets story "Sugriwa Subali". Also, for you who are looking for a spiritual journey this place is also near Gua Maria Lawangsih. You can pray there, it is beautiful and quiet.
Good place to go!
