Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our small tour group stopped at the Kemuning Tea Plantation to take a tea break. Had a chance to view the immaculately maintained tea fields, and taste several types of tea along with small fried soybean balls. A keyboardist played music, and some of us got up and danced, We also got several of the friendly young men servers to come and dance with us.

We visited the Kemuning Tea Plantation and saw how the woman hand cut and harvested the green tea leaves. Afterwards we visited a tea factory and saw how they dried the tea leaves and processed the tea for drinking. We saw how much effort is made in eliminating the tea stems so only the tea leaves are left for the tea. It's a very interesting experience to see he whole process from start to finish. Afterwards you can go to the Ndoro Tea House and purchase some of the green tea and other varieties. The views of the tea plantation are beautiful.
