One of the best place to watch the sunset in Gozo - I'm sure of that. I don't understand why the guides and information sites about Gozo take this place for granted. I walked here myself from Xlendi, was impressed, and came back a couple...More

So, the tower itself is under refurbishment or so the sign says. But it's not the tower that is the real attraction, it is the sandstone cliffs and the views of the sea that you get. It is easy to just walk the bay, but...More

The tower is closed for works however the walk across ti the tower is interesting and the views are spectacular and you get a good view of the salt pans. Go over on a morning as the afternoon is hot with no shade.

Enjoy the walk out of town along the harbour side walkway, across the bridge and up the other side for some raw nature

Unbelievable sight for this towere overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Great lookout post, and a great area for walking along the cliffs. Towers on this island of Gozo and Malta could view each other and alert if enemies were approaching. Used a red flag in daylight...More

Amazing views and rock formations surround this tower. Worth the walk from Xlendi beach. Surprised that not many people actually got as far as the tower. Great photo opportunities.

Walking away from the restaurants, water sports, and tourists, the tower is situated enough of a distance away to make it peaceful, and even in the height of summer, there were very few people about. Beneath the tower are brilliant rock shapes, worn smooth by...More
