One of the few sandy beaches on the island. Plenty of restaurants or stalls for food and drink. Also places to hire sun beds and parasols. During the summer it can become busy.

White sandy long beach with shallow sea water for a quite long a stretch! Very popular in summer! Very nice to walk along this beach with the mellowing waves at your feet!!! A must visit ! Love it.

The sand was covered in furry balls, the sea was clear and contained quite a lot of jelly fish, there was a few cafes about, all as you would expect overpriced. Worth a walk.

This is a good beach but out of season covered in weed. The cafe/bars are good value and our children enjoyed digging sand castles.

Mellieha Bay is Malta's largest Beach, most probably it's small compared to other beaches world wide, but Malta is a small country. The colour of the sand is nice not grey, and the water starts very shallow. It's not the first time I walked from...More
