We were unable to purchase tickets for the railway so were faced with the prospect of having a day in Flam itself. We saw this Little Train and decided that it could be quite a good way of passing some time. We purchased tickets for...More

this road train was very busy and as the seating is very badly designed, not ideal for a 14st 6 foot male!! the journey was fairly interesting but compared to the similar journey we took the next day in Olden, not an essential trip.

To be honest, I really like this small trains and this one was surprisingly nice, because you do not expect to see much in such a small village. But, the trip was very informative, picturesque and comfortable.

We took this train because of the positive reviews we found on tripadvisor. We went on the special tour and payed 200NOK/PP. The special tour consists of the normal train tour followed by some explanation given by a local guide, combined with tasting of some...More

A nice and cute troll train, it's fun and very relaxing while you watch the grand fjords infront of you, Flåm valley and church, farms and Brekkefossen. If you are not into walking just to this to see the place.

I had wanted to go on this Noddy Train last year when I was here but didn't have time so it was the first thing on my 'to-do' list this year and I wasn't disappointed. A beautiful little journey along the side of the river...More
