Post breakfast we started from Kamarpukur for a day trip to Biharinath Hills. It was a nice driving experience crossing across the land of red soil, forest, hills to finally reach at the hill top of Biharinath. The amazing landscape, scenic beauty of the forest hills and the trees with hanging fruits all along the hills were the added visual... More

I have visited many short trip from Kolkata but Biharinath beacons me even after 4 months. A place having hills, dense forest with abundant flora and fauna, water bodies of different dimensions, springs, renowned temples, tribal villages, pollution free green surroundings where water is panacea. A good accommodation to stay for a couple of days. One can visit Susunia hill, Jaychandi... More

Really liked the place. Serene, secluded and peaceful. There are forest bungalows by forest dept and some small hotels. State should really try to develop this as a tourist spot. Right now known much to all.
