Amazing view, worth a visit
Jun. 2021
The rock is amazing, the views are breathtaking, the sign just says
Sugarloaf Rd, and is a bit rough, although it is sealed. Take the camera!

Lets go walking!
May 2021
If you have a spare couple of hours go for a walk. Start at Cape Naturalise Lighthouse and walk along the boardwalk to Sugar Loaf Rock. Suitable for all ages. Just over 6kms. Highlight of course is the beautiful ocean and being out in nature. Small look out at the rock

Stunning Views
Oct. 2020 • Couples
A must to visit if you're ever in this area.
Stunning views. For such a gorgeous tourist attraction there never seems to be a lot of crowds. If you wanted to stay longer there is an amazing path to view the rock from different angles

3.5km walk to/from the Lighthouse
May 2021
Walked the Cape to Cape Track section from the Lighthouse to Sugarloaf Rock. Great views and very good tarmac/boardwalk all the way. Benches, lookouts and seating along the way for a rest. Toilets at each end of the 3.5km walk. Excellent for a walk with plenty of photo opportunities and an even surface underfoot.

Beautiful coast

Although very windy I made it to the lookout. Scenery was amazing. Difficult if you have trouble walking. If you can make it then give it a go

Only worth it if you’re a photographer
Oct. 2020 • Friends
We went as a group of four women on a ladies trip. Two women were photographers and loved this spot. The other two of us would have rathered done something else. Okay for a once off but nothing too riverting.

Magical but dangerous
Sep. 2020 • Couples
This is a magical area with the oceans wildly hitting the shore but especially its a sight when they collide with sugarloaf rock.

Years ago, this was one of my popular fishing spots albeit one of the most dangerous. Lots of lives have been lost here with lots of care required to fish this area.

On this occasion, my visit was mainly for sight seeing and reminiscing. Beautiful area but take care of you get close to the shore line.

Beautiful spot!!
Sep. 2020
Amazing spot to go do some great photography and also spot some whales if lucky! Very scenic and the water splashing on the rocks look gorgeous. The water is so clear and a brilliant turquoise blue.
