We visited Somnath in early December with family. We reached the temple around 730am. We missed the morning arati but it was a blessing in disguise as we didn't have to deal with huge crowds and the temple was relatively empty. We had lovely darshan. This temple truly has some magical feeling. Always when ever i have come here i have felt the presence of god. Although gold and silver is pounded in temple. But this temple is truly spectacular. Aarti starts at 6:30 and it will be good for one to reach the temple by that time. Amazing atmosphere. Breath taking views outside the temple.
