Patan is very old and historical city in Gujarat. Here we have visited a nice lake named Sahasrtaling Talalab. It was made by king Siddharaj Jaisinh. Its named derived from numerous linga in temples on bank. We become very happy to see this great lake as it shows sense of water management un old time. Must visit thia old lake.... More

Walk a small distance from Rani ki Vav to this place. Nicely excavated area depicting one of the old ways of water collecting system that was in place in the olden days. Surrounding area has many trees ad very isolated, so ensure you visit this place when the sun stills out

situated on the north-western part of Patan, on the banks of River Saraswati and boasts of superb architectural delight. The tank got its name from more than thousand shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva especially the Lingum.
