Lindos village is just beautiful lots of small winding alleyways market stalls shops restaurant s bars very good for food all tastes catered for but it's very hectic place if you have young children pushing a pushchair would be awkward up and around the tiny alleyways .

How do you describe the village of Lindos? A Greek jewel? A perfect destination? One of the best places on earth!? I have never been anywhere quite like Lindos. It really has something for everyone. The cobbled streets, beautiful beaches, stunning views of the acropolis, the amazing food, brilliant choice of shops, nearby places to visit and let's not forget... More

It's a quirky place in a unique way. You walk or take a shuttle bus down to it. Built on the cliff edge. Lots of shops and bars to visit. Beach is unreal. After all that when you get to the bottom you can have a donkey ride back up....

We visited on a boat trip from further up the coast. We got a donkey taxi up to the acropolis and the views were magnificent. We browsed some of the gift shops and had lunch before getting the boat back. Would definitely be worth spending more time there.

It's the reason why you should hire a car. Lindos makes you feel like you're actually on a cycladic island.!The castle and its view is truly worth a visit as well as the two beaches of the place. At night, when all the village and the castle is lit, the place is magical. I've been there twice and I'll go... More

its a must visit place, when you some to Rhodi. Has a history. Many tourists during the main season, but thats obvious. There are plenty of donkeys which can take you up, but we were so sorry for them, as they usually carry those heavy ppl who should really consider walking the hill, as that would help their body fat...
