Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is in ruins, not at all worth of a visit. The area is infested with harmful parthenium. The only plus point is the panoramic view of the town.

This is big.
Some good view of Dhar is here.
It looks this place was gorgeous... hundreds of years ago.
Not now.
A museum is inside.
Not much to see.
The only objective of the visit can be how history can damage a gorgeous place.

Lot of Scope for a better maintenance of this medieval fort. It offers good views of the town and is like a smaller version of the Lal Quilla of Delhi

The 1st impression of the fort was not impressive.. although it's supposed to be maintained by ASI but seems it hasn't been touched by them since ages.. The museum inside is good but again not maintained.. there are artifacts from 11th century lying in the open to corrode.. best time to visit should b Winters

Red fort in Dhar looks like a smaller version oRed fort in Delhi. But for sure it is not well maintained. It gives full view of the city. But reaching and roaming in to the fort doesnt impress you.Not clean. No information.

Dhar Fort is one of leading attraction of Dhar. The 700 hundred years old Fort is on a small hill in Dhar and is made of Sandstone. In Fort there is a deep rock-cut cistern and there is also a Palace of Maharaja of Dhar.Though there is a wide scope for maintanance for this old Fort.
