Whilst it is not a big area, it is easy to walk around and accessible and there is lots of pretty architecture to be observed. This plus the array of cafes and restaurants makes for a nice experience of the general feel of the town.

This extensive old town is wonderful preserved/restored with lots of cobbled alerts, good restaurants and shopping opportunities. You can spend hours wandering all the streets. Stunning. One of the best old towns to see in Germany.
