The Lalique Museum Doesburg is entirely devoted to the Da Vinci of jewellery and glass art of Rene Lalique (1860-1945 ). Among others, the collection comprises gold and glass jewellery, vases and hundreds of unique perfumebottles created and designed by Rene Lalique. Visitors are welcomed in a monumental building with a warm and unique character.

The temporary location is an ancient and in itself beautiful town villa. The new location is an even more beautiful and larger accommodation in "De Commanderij" in Doesburg, but the actual moving apparently has been postponed. The current location doesn't attribute to the lovely initiative....More

Wonderful visit in a so little sweet city. The museum is tiny, wellorganized, very nice but the added value is the passionate staff that seems to be a friend's group passionate of art deco. It's worth a stop!
