Worth a walk around the old parts of Kolding around the lake by Koldinghus and surrounding streets with the square, church and cobblestone streets. The walking street is also worth a look if you are into shopping.

In the town centre a pop up tourist board. Got this leaflet on a local history walk. Found this interesting and took us to corners we would not have found on our own

Very nice city to walk around and visit if you are in the area. We recommend to walk the city center with its typical houses , the castle, and the lake.

I hope it comes more shops so people could spent more time in the down town, right now it seems only take an hour or two so you can complete the trip.

From a nice lake and historic manor stop the hill, to a downtown with a variety of interesting shops, I was pleasantly surprised at all of the possibilities. Two outdoor store stocked for serious campers and hikers get high marks.
