Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked an afternoon with a bongo bon.
Easy reservation, friendly customer service.
Bathrobe and towels, slippers not included. You pay around €9 per person. Don't forget to return because otherwise bye-bye desposit 😊
Because we stayed at the hotel we needed to change in our hotelroom. Lockers are for guests that do not stay at the hotel.
Always a fun experience to run around the hotel in a bathrobe and slippers.
When we entered the spa we got a very friendly tour.
After a foodbath and a welcome drink (we got a procesco) we could start our spa experience.
We started with a sauna session (free ice cubes to take into the Sauna) followed with the experience shower.
Afterwards we went to the snooze room.
Pitchblack with candles, a fireplace and waterbeds.
When we came out of the snooze room the spa started to get full.
Because of the bad weather we could not use the terras and the laying area, inside all beds were taken.
Sofa and dinner area were free to sit. Magazines and newspapers all over the place so you don't need to being your own. We took a quick drink and bite and started a steambath session.
I think when it is crowded the sauna's are a bit too small. 4 people is a max/ sauna (2 sauna's in the spa)
This was great spa experience for a few hours (you don't have a sense of time when you are in the spa) with a very friendly service!
The only thing we missed was a swimmingpool because we like the diversity in to do's.
