This superb site just continues to get better: having visited over a period of many years it is excellent to see it gain new acquisitions without in any way departing from its original & core values

Found this place on groupon. It was very interesting and the staff very friendly. Some interesting things to see and not too big. I think £11 entrance is a little high.

Lovely staff & the few people dressed up were very informative. Cafe serves tasty food. But the museum is very small for the price and the gift shop is slightly expensive

Great day out visiting the old buildings, my 3 year old really enjoyed the open space and the train ride. Would recommend this to anyone who hasn't been before.

The staff were very friendly, the telephone exhibition was great fun with phones mobile and boxes. Makes one feel old! Walking around the various exhibitions each were a blast from the past. The prefabricated house was fascinating. Children we're well catered for.

My friend from work has done this, and won’t stop going on about it. To the point where I’m going to sign myself up. From what he says he had a smashing time, and learnt a lot.
