We enjoyed the dockside views from Spinola Bay where there are colorful fishing boats moored and a number of seaside restaurants to choose from. This area is within easy walking distance from all the hotels in Saint Julians.

This is. A 15 minute walk from st. George’s bay and worth a visit. Colourful boats at anchor and step down to shore front and walk along waters edge to see the bronze statue of man with cat and the Poseidon figure made up of...More

Spinola Bay in St Julian's has been a victim of it's own success. What was a quaint bay, not to built up and what urbanisation there was, was nice old buildings has turned into a bay with dozens of tower blocks as a back drop...More

Lovely little bay in St Julians area of Malta. There are a number of quite nice bars and restaurants around the bay which ofer nice views and are quite pleasant for an evening or lunch meal/drink such as Cuba or Raffael.

A quaint place to stop & wander around. Plenty of places to eat, or just to look around. Lots of bus links to/from other areas across Malta. Well worth a look.

I enjoyed walking on the seaside street from Sliema to Spinola Bay. Spinola Bay is a nice small bay and also a junction point, where the open space widens, toward St.George's bay, Portomaso and other inland areas. Nothing special however in my opinion.

A pleasant harbourside with some nice restaurants but the view is ruined by the massive over-building. Not recommended for a quiet holiday or for visiting unless you are going out for dinner - several good places to choose from.

This small and charming Bay holds many childhood memories for me as we used to watch the fishermen come in here with their catch. Nowadays there are not so many fishermen though the Maltese fishing boats can still be found bobbing about in this Bay...More

Beautiful setting but needs attention We have just spent two weeks at the Duplex on Spinola Harbour. On arrival we were informed the lift wasn’t working and one of our party has health issues, so not a good start. But this was repaired the following...More

Balluta Bay is also OK for swimming and snorkelling. Somewhere arount St. Julian's Hotel there's a centre where you can rent the equipment. Look for the pool where the polo team trains, is right in the front of St. Julian's... More
