Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain....

Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain. Based at Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, we are open all year round, every weekday and weekend! The brilliant design of our enclosures means that you can meet some amazing animals face to face! We have a huge collection of over 400 animals including the best collection of big cats on display in Britain. Our cats include: white tigers, white lions, Amur tigers, Sumatran tigers, African lions, snow leopards, leopards, cheetahs and ocelots. We also have penguins, meerkats, monkeys, gibbons, lemurs, zebras, tapirs, wolves, wallabies, reptiles, birds and much, much more! We are unique because you can touch and even feed many of the animals in the Animal Park by purchasing one of our specially prepared animal feedbags. Have fun in one of our five adventure playgrounds, at the daily shows and at the meet the keeper sessions.

Had booked this experience for my husbands birthday present and just got round to doing it. Got to the park early so we could look round at all the animals. Being December freezing and foggy we thought that we wouldn't see any animals but we were pleasantly surprised. We met our guide Steve at 1.15,he took us over to the... More

Absolutely brilliant day, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the day, especially feeding rocky the Tiger, an experience made even better by Lynn, one of the big cat staff. Her obvious love for the animals and insight into the everyday running of the cats and wolves made a fantastic day even better. All the staff were cheerful and helpful, we... More

We visited the zoo to feed the red pandas and it was fantastic, being up close to the animals I didn't realise how big there claws are big and sharp, the whole experience was excellent. The rest of the park has seen investment and looks better then when we visited a few years ago, the whole day experience was good.

This was our 3rd visit to the Park. This time to Meet the Red Pandas and to Feed a Big Cat. Our day started off really well when we were very lucky to meet Giles Clark who was kind enough to chat and pose for photos. Our pre booked experiences were amazing and we loved every minute. Highly recommended. A... More

My daughter and I stayed overnight on the park this weekend and it was amazing. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. We woke up to the chatter of some of the birds and animals but the best thing was the white lion roaring just before we left to go to breakfast with the big cats. We had a... More

I had a voucher to shadow a big cat keeper with a friend and what an amazing day we had.. the park was lovely and clean with lovely facilities for food. The Keeper, Steve, who we shadowed was brilliant - so knowledgeable and engaging. It was clear he loves his job and the cats - they respond to his voice.... More

I came here with my two children first on a Sunday morning. There are some good things to see here in whatever season you come. The indoor play area/cafe by the entrance, the indoor enclosures with snakes, monkeys etc. The staff are also consistently friendly as well. However, £42 admission to then find a number of the rides and animal... More

We live locally and visited for the second time with some friends. Paradise wildlife park is well laid out and the staff are very pleasant. The animals all seem happy and well cared for. The viewing areas are organised in such a way that you can get very close to the animals.

My wife is a huge animal lover and has a soft spot for big cats. Whilst never going to be a fan of seeing animals caged, we are accepting the role of zoo's for education, conservation and breeding programmes. This was a marvellous opportunity to get up close with tigers alongside an experienced member of the team (Lynn - thanks... More

I do not approve of zoos etc, why keep animals in captivity for us to gawk at? However, a lot of the animals here are conservation, and the keepers genuinely care, so it's hard not to like it.
