Eat free candy, experience modern architecture and the history of the best Finnish chocolate and shop candy and chocolate. The tour costs 12€ for adults, but you get a goody bag. Delicious brunch in the cafe on weekends.

This is a new visitors center for Fazer factories. There is a factory shop, exhibition and cafe. Cafe serves good coffee and variety of sandwiches, cakes and buns. Good service on a lazy sunday afternoon but be prepared for lines if buses are there.

Interesting tour in big factory with hundreds of free samples to try. They make the best chocolate in the world.

This place is really hard to review for a person that went to school in Finland. The reason being, the best that kids could imagine was a trip to Fazer and it was something the class could do as a price for doing well or being good. It is an old traditional trademark in Finland -housing the best chocolate, the... More

We visited this place with my school group. We did a quick tour where they told us about the history of Fazer. We also discussed about the process of making chocholate. At the end we get to taste some very tasty choclit. I think this is a place worth visiting. The tour guides were extremely polite and nice. At the... More

When you do a tour in a company your expectation are at least see something that you do not see at home, shop, streets, internet... and in the case of a chocolate company you want to smell the adorable chocolate, see the factory, the production, have some nice experience. In the Fazer tour you will not have anything of these.... More

This is by group reservation in advance. It is a video and all the chocolate you can eat. Then an opportunity to buy in the store. You are also given a "goodie bag" on exit that includes candy, bakery and cereal grains. Some people return just for the goodie bag. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the candy being... More

This was a big disappointment to us. We knew, because we could not call in advance, that getting on a tour might not be possible. We did expect, though, to be able to get a few chocolates for the trip home. We had a car and we drove there without any problems. Problems began after we got there. When we... More

I visited the Fazer factory with my school and we had a nice visit.First we saw a short introduction movie about the history of the company, after that came the greatest part:we got to taste the candy, there were different kind of chocolates available and you could eat as much as you want! We were all adults but still it was like... More

Know it very well (have been working there for many years but many years ago). It is far away from the city center (you need a car) and the program isn't as fun as it used to be. I guess you need to book it in advance too and I think it's for groups only.
