Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is surprisingly easy to locate... as you leave Trafalgar to head towards Thorpdale the last street on the right will take you to this reserve. Today as I went exploring it was overcast and humid. However the rain stopped long enough for me to take a walk through the easiest of the tracks, which is also wheelchair friendly. It has a small car park for you to leave your car before continuing on. Initially it's like anywhere in Gippsland, the smell will cascade over your senses reminding you what is unique about the Australian bush. However you will note that paths are very well cared for and maintained. There are signs alerting you so you can choose the appropriate park for a hike depending on your fitness.

While I chose the easiest one today, I will feel impelled to return another day to test my fitness. ( ...which is somewhat lacking )

This is a delightful reserve... it's easy to locate, there is parking, the paths cater for all levels of fitness and un-fitness ( Yes, I am aware that is not a word) and it's stunning. Well worth a visit.

Walking around this reserve gives you the opportunity to image what Gippsland was like before white man arrived. The tracks require various levels of fitness as they range from small climbs to big ones. Managed by a local community group, this is a great spot to everyone. If you’re lucky, you might even see a koala

Only 5 minutes from the centre of town this 60hectare natural bushland is a must to visit. Dogs are allowed on leash and there are walks from easy to fairly steep to keep you fit.

Nice place for a walk whilst travelling through Trafalgar. Very nice scenery for a reserve located not far from the main highway, giving you the sense of being in another place. Number of different tracks to choose from, excellent signage and directions provided at most forks in the tracks, making it difficult to get lost.
