Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best part of our visit here was that it is somewhat safe to stand above the rocks to take photos. although it would be not recommended in heavier rainfall times. the path to the falls is fairly simple but definitely recommend to wear sturdy footwear, it could use some directions to guid visitors down to the path from the entry gate .

It a great little spot. Has a car park area, picnic tables and a small fire pit. There are no toilets.
The Narracan fall was beautiful since we have had some rain. You can access the fall from the top and bottom getting a great view.
Not the easiest to fine I did see one sign. But Google maps has it spot on! So use Google maps to find this lovely spot

Impressive local falls in lovely farming area, the scenic drive in, the past the potato farms is also pretty. Lots of rain for our visit today so it was quite spectacular. Nice picnic spot, definitely recommend!!

Hard to find falls. Not sign posted well. Google maps Falls Rd. Parking was ok, on a large paddock. 2 picnic tables in paddock shared with a few cows and calves. So couldn't get to the trees there. The tables are s bit weathered and old. The Falls themselves are quaint and pretty. The track to the bottom isn't marked but we could figure it out. We had lunch and enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful waterfall, short walk, easy with babies and kids. Hard to find, the address takes you to a private property, the people living there were very helpful showing us how to get to the right place. I’ve attached a picture of where the calls actually are compared to where the map takes you :) absolutely worth a visit if you’re in the area :)

If you drive through Trafalgar frequently you’ve probably seen the sign saying Narracan Falls.. next time take a 10 min detour and check them out.. from the car park it’s a 100 metre walk.
Especially lovely after recent rains.
TIP: take Narracan Connection Rd off Mirboo North-Trafalgar Rd and than turn right down falls road.
Or you can come from other direction and check out two old buildings in Narracan (uniting church and town hall) - this involves turning off Morwell Thorpdale Rd down McDonalds Track which than becomes Narracan Connection Rd

I have often seen the sign to Narracan Falls... but never have I gone to find it. Today I did and surprisingly it's not too far off the highway... The drive out to it is quite pretty. When you pull into the parking area, you will notice there is heaps of room for parking your car. Although once you get there ...there are no clear paths. I saw two gentleman wander off further down the hill but I instead went near the fence because I noticed there are steps built there. That area it led me to was at the top of the falls... which was quite pretty but not really where you want to view a waterfall. Fortunately for me the gentleman who went the correct way yelled up at me to give me instructions on how to get to where they were. There is nothing like getting told where to go by two men :)
It's a pretty spot and there is a lovely field with antiquated BBQ areas... which you could use if you bought something to start a fire and a grill. Not that you could do this in Summer but... it's still a novel idea.
There is a path that takes you along the creek to Narracan township and excitingly you get to climb a fence. I did notice a family enjoying the love gate at the entrance to the reserve as well. It's a lovely location that is a nice place to visit... quite serene.

Signage could be better, but we found it OK. Small falls, basically in a cow paddock, but very pretty. Small car park with basic picnic facilities, and should be accessible to all abilities. It can be viewed from the car park or accessed by a short well formed pathway.

Pretty place to go for a walk. Can get slippery near the water of course so good to wear proper shoes. There are some tables nearby for picnics. No steps to get down to the bottom of the falls if you need that.
