This is my daughter reviewing on her and her friends' experience here. We came to Aussie World for one of our birthdays. We enjoyed our time there very much. We did not have many problems here, except for when the staff would let people behind us go on the Bombora Bounce Ride. The food was a bit overpriced. The only other thing we thought bad of was the safety on 'The Plunge'. Every other ride was amazing. We highly recommend the 'Professor Boggleworth's Illusionarium', 'The Plunge' and 'The Wasp'. The toilets and facilities were very well cleaned, and their COVID-19 plan was done well. This place is great for a day out of the house.

This is a review from an 11 year old kid. Going here with family (7, 11 and 13 year old, all boys) was a very lovely experience and was very fun.

Rides:
The rides where so fun and even with a 7 year old (who is just over 120cm) we were still able to go on almost all the fun rides as a family. The main attraction (SX360) and a few other rides was closed on the day we went due to heavy wind, even though it wasn’t very windy. I would highly recommend the Dingo Racer, The Plunge and the lllusionarium, though when my brother and dad came out of the Mayhem Maze shaking, it is not for the faint of heart. There were still fun games like the Dodgem Cars and Formula Fun where my brothers and I had fun smashing into each other and bragging about it.

Food:
The food was great and I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. I have a few people in my family who are coeliac (Gluten Free) and they serviced our needs very nicely. The GF buns were the best at any place we’ve been to and you could tell they took great care with cross contamination.

Staff:
The staff were so nice and very helpful. They were always cheery and smiling. I absolutely loved the staff who were in character, pirates were walking around asking for gold.

Overall I would highly recommend Aussie World to anyone and absolutely loved it.

I visited Aussie World with my 14 year old son...before we even entered the park we were told that three rides would not be operating. They were rides more suitable for teens so that was disappointing. The lady at the ticket booth also said that as they expected it to be quiet that day, that there would not be attendants at every ride. So we ended up waiting a bit even though there was hardly any patrons.. was disappointed that you can’t bring food into the park. Website says gluten free options but they literally only had a ham and salad gluten free roll. No visible drink taps in the park so we bought a bottle of water and we were then told we could refill it inside sideshow alley where there was a water fountain! We loved The Plunge and the Mayhem Maze Asylum and the Illusionarium was fun. We tried the dodgems and the Ferris wheel too. We enjoyed the mini golf which was well laid out and quite shady. My son enjoyed the Wasp and Redback rides. All in all we had a fun day.

Terrible theme park. Went on a quiet weekday when non school
Holidays and it took forever to get on the rides. Very slow turnover, basic amateur rides like bumper cars and a ghost house, not worth the admission fee for a family of 4 at all ($160). Waste of our time and will not be back. In one word. Tacky! What a shower of s@@@@!!

Yesterday I was at Aussie World , Saturday 14.8.2021. Your staff need to have customer service practice. Not leave a customer waiting waiting. Then have a customer say ,excuse me are you going to serve me . Very poor customer service. At $ 92 entry fee for a child & adult, i thought it would have had a lot more in the park. Way to expensive for so little. Would not be back in a hurry.

Have decent operating hours. Park opens at 10am and closes at 4pm on holidays. But the rides only open at 11am and close at 2.30pm. An absolute rip off. Food and entry fees aren't much cheaper than the big parks but only1/5th the size and operating hourse are very minimal. It rained while we were there so some of the rides closed. Thats no worries. But the rides shut before the rain finished so we couldn't ride them. Over priced and over rated.

There is a free entry deal. But we have to wait 2 weeks until after school holidays finish before we can use the ticktes. Whole thing is a complete joke.

A fun safe visit in this covid world!!
We visited with tweens and this place is small enough for them to safely venture out from our base to confidently have fun while feeling safe. Hygiene practice and mask wearing by staff and patrons were 1st class. The ride attendants here are always cheery and happy to help, ensuring everyone had an enjoyable day. Lunch choices are varied and reasonably priced for a theme park. The only time our tweens needed us was for food and to be the leader of the line in the mayhem maze, yikes

Very overpriced for entry. $140 for 2 adults and a 4 year old. Who could only go on half the rides due to height.

Children under 120cm should be half price.

Food was over priced and staff are should g and poorly trained.

Almost the same entry fee gets you to dream world or movie world and both are 5 Times better.

Won’t be back

Very disappointing day. With so many people and reduced rides, lucky if you got one ride per hour. Given only open 5 hrs that 4-5 rides for a day pass. Not good value for money at all. Should have gone to the beach instead.

Went to Aussie world with our relatives and their children today. In total over 7 rides were closed which was really disappointing for a day in what should still be tourist season. It didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth at all.

It could have been a fun day but with most of the “big” rides closed it was a bit boring for the adults and there wasn’t much for any children under 100cm to go on except the teacups.

Staff were really friendly and enthusiastic. They clearly took safety seriously and our meal at the pub was quite good.

Also there is no where to wash your hands close to the food hall. In the age of corona virus it would be good to have some hand washing stations or sanitizer.

Overall if you have kids over aged 4-14 they’ll have a great time. Just try to go when everything is open.
