Only found out about this temple by reading travelers reports and since it was on our route, called in. Very interesting temple. Ordination hall was particularly interesting.

This was a unique temple that we passed while transporting from Sukhothai area to Chiang Rai. Open to the public for viewing, no fee. Worth walking around the grounds and taking photos of the unique architecture.

Amazing reclining buddha in front of very ornate but pretty temple. There are quite a few symbols that relate to Burmes buddhism. The coloured glass work is pretty and the wall paintings are interesting. Very peaceful location.

And very beautiful grounds. Take the time that this place deserves. It's a wonderful temple area that has at least half a mornings worth to see.
