As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by one of your assistants who was very helpful by talking about what we would find within the center. The children as well as the grandparents were excited to see the smaller animals in the reception area and this was the hook for the day. We didn't leave until... More

Spent a lovely morning here and could easily have spent longer. Loved the stoat! Some of the animals were hidden, as they are probably nocturnal, so it would have been good to have had longer here, however, there was still plenty to see and our 13 and 15 year old enjoyed the day out, even though I'd wondered if they... We went here by special request of our grand-daughters yesterday and enjoyed our time here. The wildcat feeding was of special interest and the talk very informative and we were pleased to see how well the animals were treated.

It is really great for youngsters to be able to see wild life close up very worthwhile day out. Good for close up photography that can't be achieved in the wild.

Friends bought me a voucher for a photography day for my 50th birthday. It's a great place to get up close to the wildlife of Britain without any fences getting into shot. The Red Squirrels & Otters were amazing and we got very close with them. Our guide Meg was with us all day and had a wealth of knowledge... More

we have visited a few times before but is always worth the trip. where else in surrey gives you the chance to see so many of our native species, They have a wonderful walk through enclosure with red squirrels and if you are lucky they will come right up to you. Ever half hour or so there is a keeper... More

Absolutely blown away with this little place, very rustic but that just adds to the appeal. Extremely educational with talks without the day by the dedicated keepers who you can tell are really passionate about there animals. It's not a big place but so hands on that all day just flew pass. The enclosures the native species are in are... More

If, and it's stating the obvious, you like animals/wildlife, this is the place to visit! All the animals are lovely, and there are talks by the keepers every half an hour - it is worth getting here at opening time, as we didn't and missed one consequently - which enhance the visit as you get to hear things about the... We have been going to the BWC for several years now, in every season and most weather. The animals are wonderful and the center is very nicely put together. Take a picnic and spend the day.

We really didn't know what to expect when we arrived. At the front entrance is a big hedgehog made out of long twigs. After entering the premises you pay at the welcome desk and get given a guide of the Wildlife Centre. Also the times of the talks throughout the day which was useful. There is a coffee shop near...
