We stopped in to Epiritu Santu for the plantation tour. I had no idea what to expect. The tour was one of the highlights of our trip so far. José is clearly passionate about all aspects of coffee and held us in rapt attention for...More
The two hour tour was fabulous! José was a very good guide who told us all about the coffee bean growing and harvesting process. He made us the perfect cup of fresh coffee too. The tour was in English. Large gift shop with a variety...More
Throughout the tour, you get to experience how Coffee is made. The tour guides are really funny and are very great at explaining everything. I do recommend this tour to anyone trying to learn more about coffee, because you really do learn a lot.
This was an excellent coffee tour in Naranjo. It was only about an hour and a half which we appreciated. Some coffee tours are too long but this one was perfect. They have excellent guides. We had Jose, a charming barista with so much knowledge...More

We visited Espiritu Santu on April 13. We had definitely wanted to visit a coffee farm while we were in Costa Rica but we wanted to visit a smaller, family type of operation rather than an overly commercialized one perhaps like Britt. We chose well....More

I was A bit nervous about this tour, since we had just been to the Kauai coffee plantation a few months ago, but this tour did not disappoint, it was distinctively Costa Rican in that the preparation of the coffee was very different than in...More
Amazing experience seeing firsthand how coffee is grown, roasted, ground and sampled. Jose was a fountain of knowledge and so passionate about everything he does.
Well worth the visit and the most delicious coffee!

I was just there and they definitely have ample room to do a lunch. We were there with a group of 23 but it was a late group (after lunch and before dinner) so we didn't ask about meals. I did, however, talk with them and I know they would be happy to set something up for you. I dealt with Vera, Karen & Jose-all great folks! You can contact them via their website and make your plans ahead of time. Enjoy!

Yes, there are. I don't remember the exact amount but I think it was around $20-$25 per person? It was definitely worth it for the amount of time they spent with us. You should figure in a tip for the tour guide as well.
